Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

Sticking to only 15 syns worth of wine didn't work out all that well for me 🤦‍♀️ my head hurts this morning🤣.
B: onion and tomato omelette.
L: left over diet cola chicken
D: a bit of a random dinner tonight but fancied something 'unhealthy' so we're having cheesy garlic bread (hexa & hexb) sweet potato rosti, halloumi fries (5.5syns) and a salad.

B - cheerios HEXB raspberries, blueberries, banana.
L- lo dough wrap 2 syns, chicken, salad, salad cream 1 syn
Cheese curls 3.5 syns (I think? Must look it up again)
D-crispy chilli beef from the Pinch of Nom book, rice, veg

Snacks - skinny crunch rocky road bar 3.5 syns

No idea of syns in crispy chilli beef yet. Looking it up!

@wildthingsinthenight what are the lo dough wraps like? i've been tempted but at such low calories i really don't know how they'll taste 😂

my jack daniels chicken was sooo good but probably soooo high in syns, couldn't even be arsed to make my own chips in the end!

L - bacon and egg roll with butter and tomato sauce (HEB, 2 syns)

T - macaroni cheese using both HEAs and probably 6 syns for cornflour and extra cheese, might also have a wee slice of garlic bread for 5 syns

S - apple, nectarine, muller light (1/2)

Jingle yes they are a bit of a strange texture! Quite thick. I think they'll be great for pizza bases. I didn't mind the wrap though . I'd have it again.

B - scrambled eggs, 2 skinny sausages 1 syn, hash brown 2 syns tomatoes, ketchup 1/2 syn
Coffee and sweet freedom 1/2 syn
L - tuna salad with cheese HEXA
D - spicy taco mince, cheese HEXA veg, baked potato

Snacks - yogurt and fruit
Skinny crunch bar 3.5 syns

L: Linda McCartney sausages, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes.
D: roast beef with all the trimmings, no clue on syns as I use flour and the meat juices and red wine in the gravy and use goose fat with the roasties. I just assume the meal will be my entire 15 syns just to be on the safe side 🤷‍♀️

Makes me so pleased to read back on your thread and realise everyone is just winging it!

I wake up absolutely ravenous, and today was the first day that i didnt wake up and stuff myself silly on things that are unhealthy. I had an onion omelette, spinach and beetroot. So good!

L - tomato soup and a cheese sandwich (HEA, HEB)

T - mince, tatties, neeps and peas (1 syn for gravy powder and 1.5 for butter in the mash) its burns night but i can't be done with haggis so that's as close as i'll get 😂

S - apple, cheese (HEA) muller light (1/2) and a fibre one brownie (4)

Hello 😀 weigh day for me today and lost 3lbs 🎉
L: Linda McCartney Red onion sausages, toast (hexb), mushrooms, eggs, toast, ravioli (4.5syns)
D: Mexian one pot (quorn mince, black beans, onions, 1/2 pack microwave rice (0.5syns) served with fat free yogurt with lime juice and lettuce.
S: I have some Hartleys jelly (0.5syns), mulleright (0.5syns) and fiber one (4syns) on hand if I need some snacks later on today 😀
