Lost 1lb. I'm way way below my target now. I don't want to change it for the 4th time so just paying for now. Got quite alot of off plan things this month so hopefully that'll see me gain a little and get more towards target.
Tasters were amazing today really delcious and such a wide variety. Enjoyed all the games aswell was a fun group session.

BeyondAvoidant · 24/09/2019 20:14

I stayed the same, but have had another good day today :)

Rocaille · 25/09/2019 22:53

Weighed in this evening: lost 3.5 lbs, which I'm quite pleased about.

BeyondAvoidant · 27/09/2019 19:03

I'm down another one, DP stayed the same but is due on so I guessing she'll be due a whoosh. It's going really well, I'm quite surprised how little I've been craving shit 👍

How's everyone else doing?

Collision · 27/09/2019 20:03

I’m really enjoying the plan this time.

An extra HEA is marvellous!

I’m trying to eat syns during the day with food rather than eating a plate of syns like I did before.

B.....none
L....spaghetti with bacon and mushrooms and 2 syns of cream cheese.
Tomatoes, onions and cucumber

D.....fish cakes (2) mushy peas and onion

BeyondAvoidant · 28/09/2019 18:31

We were out all day today, and the cafe was out of jacket potatoes, so had to make the best of what was available... didn't do too bad but had to estimate weights - salad each (tuna and pasta for DP, chèvre (HExA) and beetroot for me) with only 1tbsp approx dressing, skimmed milk coffees with sugar free syrup. Everything overestimated to allow for inevitable error

Just having pork, sw chips and beans for tea

Groovee · 01/10/2019 19:18

Lost half a pound this week. I have 9 weeks to lose 5lb for my holiday.

Maintain for me really pleased as I had a takeaway and a meal out with cheesecake and cream.

Collision · 01/10/2019 22:26

I was told I need to eat more last night.

I’m a bit scared of syns so I avoid them.

B.... 2 sausages (2)
Cherry tomatoes
Poached eggs

Fruit

D.....broccoli pesto pasta

40g Fibre Bran
Yoghurt (1)
Apple

Hello! As per my last post, I joined a new group last week so my first 'proper' weigh in for a while (I've been weighing and leaving in my old group for about 6 weeks and getting nowhere!).

I put on 2lbs last week but lost 3.5lbs this week. Really pleased. Total weight loss is 2 stone 6lbs now, hoping for 2.5 stone award next week. Have my son's christening on Sunday but otherwise should be fine.

The new group is all a bit in the air at the moment. The consultant is leaving (last group is next week) and there will be a temporary consultant for the time being. Turns out it's my consultant from my old group Confused. All of the members in the new group hate her and aren't afraid to let it be known! So next week will be interesting!

Collision · 06/10/2019 00:12

@istheresomethingwrongwithme ahhhhh SW politics 🤣

TheGirlWhoLived · 06/10/2019 08:17

I’m now down 1st 6lbs and hoping that I hit the stone and a half mark next week!

FiveNightsAtMummys · 06/10/2019 15:23

Ending up going massivly over my syns 2 days this week. I'm under target so it's fine but I'd like to maintain and still worry about gaining. Just enjoyed a delcious sunday roast but used most of my syns on stuffing and yorkshire puds. Next week I'll be having 2/3 days massivly off plan (pre arranged). Will see what the scales say Tues and worry about loosing any gains the week after!

FiveNightsAtMummys · 08/10/2019 20:39

Lost 1lb

JaceLancs · 08/10/2019 22:11

Not been on here for a while
Went to Group tonight first time in 3 weeks as been on holiday then DF was rushed into hospital
I gained 2.5 which considering my alcohol syns could’ve been far worse
I’m 11lb higher than my most recent low so need to get back on it ASAP
Want to lose a stone by Xmas and then another by Easter

JaceLancs · 16/10/2019 09:19

Had 5 totally on plan days this week, not great over weekend as DP wanted to go out for Chinese and had a lot of alcohol syns both nights
Still though I would lose something but maintained so am not happy!

FiveNightsAtMummys · 16/10/2019 23:00

Lost another 1lb. Going to change my target to lowest I'm allowed for my height.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 22/10/2019 16:26

Lost 3lb. Target lowered again but to lowest allowed so need to gain 1lb this week to get back in range.

originaldomesticgodess · 23/10/2019 06:56

Joined SW a the beginning of September. Had already lost 2 stone on my own but had come to a halt. Have lost just over a stone. At weigh in last night I have lost nothing. Not a single bloody ounce. Am gutted. I've still got lots to lose...about 4 stone, so it's not as if I'm nearing target. Had a chat with consultant but still don't understand why I didn't lose. Feel demoralised. I was really good last week. Any tips?

Groovee · 23/10/2019 17:44

Not been here for a while. Been struggling to lose to get back to target but have managed it.

I'm back in regular work too, so that's helping with being focused.

Off to Tenerife in just under 7 weeks, so it's all systems go to be beach body!

original you have done brilliantly - v impressed - keep going.

I found that I would often lose for 3/4 weeks in a row then maintain for a week which was upsetting........but the following week I would have a big loss.....so it all averages out in the end. See the long game and don’t let your emotions unsettle you and pull you off track with catastrophic thinking......feel the momentary disappointment but keep looking forward

originaldomesticgodess · 26/10/2019 22:20

Innishh...Thanks for your encouragement. I still feel down about not losing but have stayed on plan. Have definitely lost inches and keep telling myself it took 10 years to put on so will not come off in 5 minutes! Been upping the exercise this week so let's see what the scales day on Tuesday.

Innishh · 27/10/2019 09:39

original good for you - exercise is brilliant for mental health and interesting BMR - but it’s not equal to food with respect to weight loss. It’s all about the food - at least 80:20.

bossybloss · 28/10/2019 19:34

Well done originlal. It took me about the same to put on all my weight ..so I have the same attitude..slow but steady !

Innish...that’s interesting ...I was wondering how much impact exercise made to weight loss.It does improve my mental health, stops me from eating as it gives me something to do.!
