Bloody hell bumbags, your consultant sounds like the one off fatfighters on little Britain!!
I had a weigh in today and am 13.13 which is 1st 0.5lb off since I first started and I’m going to take that as my initial weigh in. I’m hoping to be under the 13’s as my first target and keep going a stone at a time, which is more manageable. Today I’ve had:
B- Americano with skimmed milk, banana, satsuma
L- quinoa and wild rice, with cucumber, tomato and a bit of chicken. 1.5syns for dressing
D- have some hellofresh that needs eating so probably lean burger with salad and sw wedges
