I’m here too! Also a returner to sw and having my first week. Welcome Pinkiepromisex....we need a few more joining me and Bumbags at the moment!
Had another good day, had porridge for breakfast, bacon, egg,beans, tomatoes and mushrooms for lunch, pasta with homemade tomato veggie sauce using healthy a choice of cheese on top.
Now having a Saturday glass of red wine for my syns!

Hi Bumbags and flower101, I have some snack a jacks for later but unfortunately no wine. I am usually sat here with wine and family sized bag of crisps so I feel very virtuous. I would like to make serious progress by Christmas but trying to take one day at a time.

Quite pleased actually as my friend rang asking me to babysit as she needs to take baby to hospital with her dh. He’s got croup. 😭😭

If I’d had a drink I couldn’t have help.

Hi all, hope you’ve had a good day. Chucking it down here! Ate loads today! Slimming world friendly cooked breakfast, pasta lunch and sw roast dinner. Syns in the gravy and Yorkshire pud but a few left for later if I need a treat. Got on the scales and it’s only showing 1 off since Wednesday so I hope that improves.

I can’t believe what I fed to people today and what I actually ate......

I made chocolate brownies, scones with cream and jam and oat flips.

Then second lot of guests arrived and dh did homemade pizza on the bbq......
I was too scared to eat because I just lose control and need a good loss tomorrow.

I truly believe there’s only 3 of us on this thread. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Can I join in too please? I have just posted on another thread but then found this one.

I have about 2 stone to lose. I am a member of sw but haven’t been for a few months. I got to target about 5 years ago and stayed there for a year, and then my lovely mum died in an accident and I did a lot of grief/comfort eating and have slowly put half of it back on again.

I am going to rejoin this week so hoping I can do it..

Hi :) I restarted SW last week from home along with DP, she's a smidge heavier than me and I'm a smidge taller, but we both need to lose a fair bit of weight. Need to in general, but we also have a wedding to plan for Grin
Last time I tried SW I was veggie so it was all green days and I never had much success. Looking back though, that probably had a lot to do with me not really needing to lose weight then...

So far all of the week has gone to plan - on average, allowing lower Syns each day for the mass of vodka we drank Friday night 😂

Welcome to our little group! I need this group as my sw group is so small. Going back to class later for my first weigh in to see what my first loss will be....last time I joined I had a six pound loss which was a fantastic start...this time I don’t feel like I have lost anything as my clothes still feel so tight.....I have a number in my head what I would like to lose, we will see!
I have had a good week, I think. I am wondering if the additional a choice there is on the plan will make any difference to my loss, I really love cheese so I have been enjoying having an my 30 g cheddar with a couple of ryvita and an apple at 9 pm munchies!

Hello everyone, hope you have had a good Monday. How did the weigh in go Bumbags?
Sunflower - I am loving the extra a choice. I love cheese and don’t like milk even in hot drinks so it’s all cheese with me!
Beyond - a wedding is definitely a big incentive.
Kahlua- sorry to hear about your Mum. Glad you have found the thread.
I have a Wednesday weigh in but had a bit of a blip with 9 extra syns last night. Husband and Milka Daim bar.... being extra good today!

Grief, I hate getting on those scales.

Our consultant has just been on training and said it’s no longer fluffy, well done, don’t worry about a gain blah blah......she said A GAIN DOES MATTER. WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING? DONT YOU WANT TO BE SLIM?

My friend and I were 🥴🥴🥴 for some people. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am going to my meeting at lunchtime today, feeling worried as to how much I have gained but know I have to lose weight so motivated too.

Bloody hell bumbags, your consultant sounds like the one off fatfighters on little Britain!!

I had a weigh in today and am 13.13 which is 1st 0.5lb off since I first started and I’m going to take that as my initial weigh in. I’m hoping to be under the 13’s as my first target and keep going a stone at a time, which is more manageable. Today I’ve had:
B- Americano with skimmed milk, banana, satsuma
L- quinoa and wild rice, with cucumber, tomato and a bit of chicken. 1.5syns for dressing
D- have some hellofresh that needs eating so probably lean burger with salad and sw wedges

Well I went and re-joined today. Walking in wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, it was good to be welcomed by lots of smiling faces.

I have only put on 5lb so not as much as i thought which is good, although I do have 2 stone to lose ☹️. Feeling motivated now.

My consultant is a team developer and says that’s how they are doing it now. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

B.....ham and couscous salad
L....poached eggs and beans on HEB TOAST, fruit
D.....spaghetti with mushrooms and courgettes and creamy Philadelphia cheese and salad

Some really good weigh in results!!
Scales not showing much for me but official weigh in is tomorrow. I I’m not too worried though - I often have a little /no weight loss then a really good one the following week. Been loving the big muller yogurt pots, only 2.5 syns for the whole pot.
