No weigh day for me I put a holiday in. Not had a great week, been over syns 5 days out of 7. Had 1 day off plan where I ate alot but hardly ate day after as I felt food hungover so I'm sure it will of balanced out. My own scales are showing maybe a slight loss? I'm not sure as groups scales and my scales never match! Guess I'll see next week!

Week 1 and I'm weighing on Monday. I've had 2 bad days😒anything I can do to try to salvage this situation or will I have to accept that I probably won't have a loss? So annoyed.

I’m so stupid as I lost 31/2 stone 3 years ago and it’s all gone back on.

I’m in the zone though.

Hello everyone, may I join you? I joined sw on Monday night, have about 2 stone to lose, have done sw before but plan has changed a bit since least time. The extra dairy ‘a’ choice is a nice surprise as I love cheese. Today I have had natural yoghurt with fruit and 1 weetabix for breakfast, homemade veggie soup for lunch and a banana and then chicken with mushroom risotto and steamed kale then muller yog so far. I’ve still 1/2 a healthy extra a and b so might have a cheese sandwich for snack! Looking forward to now reading through this thread and getting to hearing how it’s all going for you

Thank you for the welcome bumbags. My weigh in day is Monday, I go an evening class so will report my loss on Tuesday. My class is very small though, there were only 2 other people that stayed to listen to the leader....so I am hoping that being on here will also give me moral support as well as offering it to to you too. Have a good day!
I’ve had fruit, weetabix and natural yoghurt for breakfast,I’m having an egg salad for lunch and will have some haddock, left over rissotto from last night with some veggies for dinner.

I’m delving back in to slimming world again. Is anyone bothering to do the new things or will it work if I just stick to the ‘old’ method (I.e. light and free yoghurts, beans and spaghetti hoops still free- but only one hex a!?)

If it is much better, could someone briefly outline the main new bits for me please? Sorry Blush

Hi Everyone, hope it’s okay if I join you. I am a serial joiner of slimming clubs and have just rejoined again, hopefully for the last time.
Starting weight is 11st 2 and I want to get to 9st 7.
Made a big pasta last night using 5% fat mince and free veg. Had the same for lunch today but also ate 7 syns worth of popcorn! Hope you all have a good day.

Just found a treat for later. Aldi Scottish raspberry ice lollies for 3 syns each!
