That's brilliant @JaceLancs, enjoy your holiday and I'm sure you will look and feel amazing in the bikinis.

muminmanchester · 05/06/2019 13:55

@ExpletiveDelighted so delicious though! How did you get on?

ExpletiveDelighted · 05/06/2019 15:40

+0.5lb. Which is a relief, I really was expecting more to go back on.

OwlinaTree · 06/06/2019 22:22

Busy weekend ahead, we are camping all weekend with friends. I anticipate a gain! I'm planning to try to stick to free foods in the day but I know the drinks will be flowing in the evenings, along with the chocolates and crisps. Have spent the evening packing and trying to remember what I need to go camping.

Have stuck to plan since weigh in although I'm starving today for some reason.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 07/06/2019 11:47

Just at sainsburys cafe and spoken to the lady behind the till. I'm having salmon (no butter) with jacket potato, salad and peas I'm SO excited because I feel like I'm choosing a normal me off the board and still being on plan. Just from having a chat and finding out how there cooked and what in etc.

ExpletiveDelighted · 07/06/2019 12:11

That's one big change for me, just eating the same food but not loaded with butter, cream, sauces etc. Or using low-cal flavourings such as mustard, soy sauce, maybe a teaspoon of ketchup instead of several tablespoons Blush.

iklboo · 08/06/2019 08:22

Whooooooo! 2.5 off and stone award (15lb in total).

AnnieDianaLulu · 09/06/2019 14:16

I'm currently on a 19 lbs loss. Would live my stone and a half this Tuesday Smile

Robinhood123 · 10/06/2019 20:47

Hi. May i join too please?. First time at SW. Got 2 stone to lose. Finding the diet ok so far. Helps to read this thread. 😁

Pinkarsedfly · 10/06/2019 22:11

2lbs off!

Was sneakily hoping for more, but I guess this is a safe and sustainable amount to lose per week.

Only another 26 to go!

Robinhood123 · 10/06/2019 22:34

2lb off is great pinkarsedfly. Well done. Hoping to lose on Wednesday night too.

AnnieDianaLulu · 11/06/2019 16:27

Lost 2.5 and got my stone and a half in 6 weeks, happy with that! Well done to the others losing and good luck @Robinhood123 Smile

Robinhood123 · 12/06/2019 23:22

Lost 2lb. So 6lb off in two weeks.😁. Still not quite used to it. Do know a large GnT is 4syns though 😊

FiveNightsAtMummys · 12/06/2019 23:41

I've just had a binge. Eating fish and chips and curry sauce, a jam cream scone, chocolate cake, big share bar of dairy milk, big pack of randoms and some mints. Currently laid in bed with stomach ache feeling shit about myself. Why do I do it? Every time.

iklboo · 15/06/2019 11:09

2lb off again this week. No idea how really. Apart from it's been a very stressful week. Proud of myself for not caving and eating / drinking crap.

4lb to go to 1.5 stone award, 5 to Club 10.

iklboo · 15/06/2019 11:10

@Robinhood123 - is it wrong I count my syns in gins? As in - X food is 16 syns. Ooooh that's FOUR GINS!! Grin

PurpleToe · 15/06/2019 16:01

Hi all. I’m joining SW online today; was going to group but loads of late nights at work meant I stopped going. I’ve got 5st 10lb to lose - that’s the first time I’ve written that down, and it’s scary.

YorkshireGoldFanClub · 17/06/2019 15:37

Late to the party - I finally bit the bullet and bought the 12 week countdown block.

Got 2st 2lbs to get to target, absolute dream would be to manage that in 12 weeks so i can start going for free haha!

First weigh in is Wednesday and I am nervous, I've been 100% on plan but I'm worried if I don't see much loss it might demotivate me, also I've been a bit urmmm backed up despite increasing my fruit and veg tenfold and drinking about 3 litres of water per day.... did anyone else get this to begin with?

FiveNightsAtMummys · 17/06/2019 20:05

My weigh in tomorrow. Since I reached target I pretty much carried on loosing so I'm going to change my target tomorrow. Then hopefully try harder at maintaining!

Hi to all the new people! I still get those problems Yorkshire. I try to eat plenty of fibre and drink lots of water but sounds like your already doing that.

YorkshireGoldFanClub · 18/06/2019 06:52

Feeling dreadful. Weighed myself this morning (naughty I know) and came in with only a 0.5lb loss and I just know it’s due to being backed up. By the time I’m dressed and it’s tomorrow evening it will probably be even less than that or maybe a gain. What a shit first week, how do I explain that I’ve been 100% on plan but just everything I’ve ate is still in there?!

God I could cry, I really thought I found something I could stick to and I’m just so demotivated at the first hurdle. I even tried senna and it’s done nothing.

Typical food day for the last week has been:

B: Big fruit salad, including berries, an apple and a nectarine/ half a mango

L: either leftovers of syn free dinner the night before or chicken salad with balsamic vinegar

S: Fibre One popcorn bar

D: syn free meal from SW website e.g veg biryani, pizza topped chicken, shepherds pie etc with half my plate covered in veg

In the evening I have had 3x digestive thins/ a 10 cal jelly / some tomatoes.

Used my HEX A on milk in my tea, been drinking coffee as usual and had cheese most days as my other HEXA so I’m not low on fat as that’s more than I used to have.

I’m at a loss and I feel like shit.

Pinkarsedfly · 18/06/2019 07:50

Weigh-in last night - 1.5lb off, which isn’t great but I know why. There was a birthday and a day at the Races last week, so wine happened.

I need a big loss next week to keep me motivated!

Groovee · 18/06/2019 18:36

Maintained after 2 weeks. Would like to lose a couple of pounds before my holiday in 2 weeks x

OP posts:
JaceLancs · 18/06/2019 22:41

As expected gained during holiday - 4lb - not happy but carrying on regardless
Only odd weekends here and there over summer so hoping to get back on it and be smaller still for next holiday (September)

JaceLancs · 18/06/2019 22:42

DS gained 0.5 DD didn’t even weigh as she didn’t want to depress herself too much

FiveNightsAtMummys · 18/06/2019 22:53

Lost 3.5lb. Target changed to 2lb more than my current weight so I'm nicely at lower end. Going to have some off plan things this week so should be ok at maintaining.

Keep going Yorkshire it's got to come out eventually keep drinking plenty of water x
