I'm on holiday this week so taking the plunge on Monday. I've got about 1.5 stone to get me back to target (lost 3.5 stone 3 years ago and kept it off for 3 years!). Anyone want to join me staying on track?

@Mymadworld, amazing loss, well done.

I am just catching up with this thread - I lost 1 stone earlier in the year, but with summer I have just seemed to gain / lose the same few pounds.

I really needed to get back on track as I am trying to get rid of bad habits and change my eating habits for good.

So far I have been packing a lunch every day, and sticking to the meal plan even when I just want to order pizza so I am hoping for good results this week.

Good luck everyone, you are all amazing!

someonekillbabyshark · 11/09/2018 17:38

Started again yesterday want to lose 3.5 for now, before we try for DC #2

UrbanSunday · 11/09/2018 20:23

Well done everyone on your great weeks! Managed to lose 4lb last night so that’s got me motivated for this week. Would love to lose 3 this week to get to the half stone but I guess 2 is more realistic!

Mymadworld · 11/09/2018 21:01

Great job @UrbanSunday Grin

First week weigh-in and lost 4lbs. So amazed as it hasn't been a struggle. Why did I wait so long to join?

grumpymummy72 · 13/09/2018 20:24

Ignore me. Not 4lb, I lost 6lb!

UrbanSunday · 13/09/2018 22:25

6lb is incredible! Well done you!

grumpymummy72 · 13/09/2018 23:07

Thanks. Just need to keep it up!

Mymadworld · 14/09/2018 10:32

Wow @grumpymummy72 that's amazing Grin.

Been feeling a bit poorly the past 24hours including nausea so been easy to resist snacking although harder than you think when all you want is carbs. Back on today with SW fry-up for breakfast, speed soup for lunch and SW chips with chicken Caesar salad for dinner - I've saved my HEA for cheese, chicken breast, lots of salad and saving my syns for DH's homemade pizza tomorrow night so hoping to find a free egg or yogurt based Caesar salad dressing recipe -anyone knows of one please let me know.

Unfortunate downside of weird illness is totally lacking in energy so not managed my usual evening swim yesterday or morning run today which is a pain. Hoping to be back on it by tomorrow and squeeze in a swim whilst DC are doing football.

Can I join please? I joined my group last Saturday so I have my first weigh in tomorrow morning. Fab loses this week ladies, I hope I can do as well as you all.
I joined SW last year but couldn’t get my head in the game. I feel totally different this time, focused and so determined to lose approx 2.5st. I turn 50 next year and want to feel better in myself. I feel i have done well this week, I have been religiously updating my weekly food diary and not cheating as I would have done last year.
Fingers crossed for all loses this week for all. Xx

WeMarchOn · 14/09/2018 21:46

I started last week and lost 4lb at weigh in yesterday 😊

Mymadworld · 14/09/2018 22:25

ETA took the lazy approach with my salad dressing and bought Sainsbury's BGTY Caesar dressing and it's actually pretty good and only 0.5 syns for a tablespoon Smile

Well done @WeMarchOn some really great losses for our first week Grin

Well done on your weight loses. I lost 3lb my 1st week. So pleased. Onwards and upwards ladies xx

Mymadworld · 16/09/2018 13:18

Not a great Saturday night with pizza, wine & popcorn Blush but drawn a line under it and trying to rein it back in today. Resisting the cauliflower cheese at dinner time will be hard but weigh-in tomorrow and after last night I MUST be good until then.

Had my first meeting on Wednesday. Been really good apart from Friday when I went out to a friends and drank lots of prosecco and then ate!

Favourite meal so far has been a texmex one. Made bbq sauce (syn Free) and cooked with skinless chicken breasts, baked potato, sweet corn, bbq beans and salad. Was gorgeous. DS loved it.

Roast beef and all the trimmings tonight (just going to syn the gravy)

Went to the gym for the first time in more than a year today - 10 min bike, 20 min cross trainer and 20 min treadmill. At almost 17 stone, it almost killed me - just hope it shows on the scales.

Bimgy85 · 17/09/2018 09:00

Back to 'plan' today after a binge weekend! Oh well .. that's what the weekends are for. I'm pretty happy as long as I stick to sw during the week tbh. Back to almond milk porridge for brekkie and fruit as snacks and a free dinner later.

Hope everyone is getting their Monday motivation back xx

StubbleTurnips · 17/09/2018 12:21

May I join you? Started in BH week and getting my head round it, it's all change from red and green days Smile

Mymadworld · 17/09/2018 21:39

Welcome @StubbleTurnips Smile

A rather pitiful 0.5 off this week but a loss is still a loss I guess. I've just meal planned for the week & in the right head space so hoping to keep on track and see a bugger loss next week.

Have you all seen the latest updates? Flavoured yogurts no longer free including muller lights so watch those syns Sad

So end of week 2 for me and another 4.5 lb off so am very happy and feeling motivated. Hoping to find some inspiration to do some exercise this week. Well done to everyone and here’s to another week!

StubbleTurnips · 17/09/2018 22:52

Thanks MyMad

Lost 8lb so far in 4 weeks. Weigh in day is Thursday for me.... had a target of 2lb this week for double figures. So we'll see....
I've taken myself swimming tonight for all of 25mins, and off to traipse round that London tomorrow for work.
I did however, eat substantial quantities of hotel chocolat at weekend. Bloody evenings on the sofa kill me Sad

grumpymummy72 · 21/09/2018 13:43

Only 0.5 off this second week so a bit disappointed, as went to the gym and felt hungry most days. But 6.5 off in 2 weeks shouldn't be sniffed at I suppose. Hope time of the month has had an impact.

grumpymummy72 · 21/09/2018 13:46

stubbleturnips, I find myself going to bed much earlier than before to avoid that feeling. At least I'm catching up on my sleep!
