2lb loss this week. Would have liked more for my first week but considering I had 3 nights out (2 big boozy ones
) I feel ok about it. Saving most of my syns this week for a girls' night in on Friday as it's usually just eating and drinking which will be tough.
Today I've had:
B: 1 weetabix & milk (both 1/2 my HEA+HEB) with berries & banana
L: wild & brown rice with mixed veg dressed with soy & sweet chilli sauce 1syn
D: tandoori chicken with veg & rice
S: Diet Coke, satsuma, coffee out (2 syns) Apple & an alpen bar for as long as I can hold off eating it!
Cooked up a huge vat of spiced super speed soup so I've always got something free for lunch or to have between meals
