Hi All
Healthy Extra A - What does this consist off? Also the same for healthy extra B?
Are there some good syn free snacks out there?
Thanks
Emma

LavenderRains · 30/11/2016 18:10

Only half a pound off for me today. Bit disappointed as I've been really good this week
onwards and upwards tho, better than a gain I suppose
Only need 1lb now for my 2 stone loss, was hoping for that today

LavenderRains · 30/11/2016 18:38

eeyore thanks. I can't believe a cornflake cake can be so many syns! It was quite big thoGrin and I assume it was the Xmas version as it had a white chocolate star on top which I also enjoyed!

FaithAscending · 30/11/2016 20:03

Hi all! WI tonight, somehow managed to lose 3lb so I got my stone award! Grin Chuffed to bits.

Lavender I hate it when that happens. So near...I hope you get it next week.

user have you joined SW or are you just curious?

Groovester · 30/11/2016 20:22

Brilliant Faith - well done!
Lavender - a small loss perhaps, but a loss all the same. You're still going in the right direction!

OwlinaTree · 30/11/2016 22:49

Well done faith!

FaithAscending · 30/11/2016 22:53

Thank you! I still can't quite believe it. Told DH I feel like a cheater because I've found it so easy! Blush I've changed habits though. Meal planning for the week has changed both what we eat and how much we spend!

ALemonyPea · 01/12/2016 07:56

Had such an awful day food wise yesterday. Started off with a trip to Costa that I'd planned then went downhill from there. Back on it today.

Well done on the losses everyone.

WhoKnowsWhereTheT1meG0es · 01/12/2016 10:57

300g loss today (approx 1/2lb) which I'm pleased with as I have had a very poor week food-wise, hardly eaten proper meals just been dashing around shoving toast in, been to Pizza Hut and had Dominos Blush. So, I need to get back to it, I want another kg off by Christmas.

Buttwing · 01/12/2016 16:36

Well done all the losers even a small loss is an achievement at this time of year!

My first day back on plan after a week of really bad food and drink. I skipped weigh in on weds as I couldn't face it which is not a good idea but it's done now.
I'm off to Dublin this weekend for a 40th I'm really excited but it's going to be boozy, my plan is to stay on plan til sat night then get right back on it again.
I have at least two nights out a week between now and Xmas so I NEED to be good in between or I will pile it on.

LavenderRains · 01/12/2016 18:34

Well done losersHalo
I've been out today with a friend. We had a breakfast. I've syned the sausage and a hash brown but the rest was free.
Tonight I'm having home made lamb and veg stew which I assume is free??
Other than that just a few satsumas.

ALemonyPea · 01/12/2016 21:04

Successful SP day done today. Feeling in control again.

Going to do another tomorrow and partially on Saturday, as have a Christmas meal out on Saturday.

Have a lovely weekend away away Butt.

Groovester · 01/12/2016 21:15

3lbs off for me tonight. Feel bloated (blasted hormones!) so didn't expect much at all so really pleased. If I can manage 2 for next week I will get my stone and a half award.
I am planning a lunch out on Saturday as have a day's shopping with a friend booked in. She does SW with me though and hot her stone award tonight so we can relax a little but think we will still keep each other from getting too out of control... Grin

FaithAscending · 01/12/2016 22:19

Fantastic Groove! You must be chuffed!

Groovester · 02/12/2016 02:49

Surprised Faith but equally as delighted Wink

Thanks

emwithme · 02/12/2016 08:59

Well done losers!

Lost 1.5 lbs yesterday, now 1 lb under target with 3 WI before Christmas. The aim is to be out of target range at the bottom on the WI on 22 December, so I use my "week's grace period" to eat ALLTHECHEESE and then hopefully don't have too much to lose the following week! My post-WI treat yesterday was cheese on (wholemeal) toast; it was BLOODY GORGEOUS!

DH and I are now officially TTC...had my coil removed on Wednesday. It's kinda scary, especially as I think I've spent 5/8 of my life so far actively avoiding pregnancy. We're not going to be trying too hard this month (a) because I want to get drunk and eat ALL THE CHEESE at Christmas and (b) he's working nights so we're passing like ships in the night. It's actually quite nice having the whole bed to myself but strangely I am missing him snoring next to me!

Today's food:

B: Eggy muffins
L: Leek & potato soup, apple, pear, satsumas
D: Spaghetti bolognaise
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

Ooh em exciting times! I always get very excited about people trying/having babies cos secretly I want a fifth I know a lot of people who got pregnant v quickly after having the coil removed, one with triplets!!
Three of mine have been conceived over Xmas lots of September birthdays in the wing house!

ALemonyPea · 02/12/2016 09:46

How exciting Em! Good luck, and have fun Wink

Another SP day today, mainly so that I can have pizza for tea. Yum, can't wait!

OrianaBanana · 02/12/2016 10:45

Have fun with the docking, Em! (That sounds creepy sorry).

38 weeks here so expecting her at any moment (so she will be two weeks late and arrive at new year just to mean maximum alcohol deprivation lol) Grin

alibongo5 · 02/12/2016 11:14

Well done Em! And good luck!

I'm thinking of doing an SP day (my first) on Monday and thought I might make the SW pizza using my extra HexB. Now, I know that Asda and Aldi mixes are ok but am wondering what the hell makes them ok and others not? Basically I guess I'm thinking that I've almost certainly got the ingredients at home to make something so am reluctant to go out and buy a bread mix! I've tried googling but it just seems to come up with either the Asda or other things like the smash base.

Does anyone know if you can make a pizza base with real ingredients and still keep it on plan?

emwithme · 02/12/2016 12:03

Bloody hell how is it 38 weeks already Oriana

Hopefully she will exit like a baby rhino (despite their size they are apparently very easy to give birth to; they're effectively bullet shaped, or so says my zookeeper friend!) well before Christmas so you can have ALL THE BOOZE!

OrianaBanana · 02/12/2016 12:48

alibongo I think it's the fibre content but I can't help with make your own, sorry! If you have wholewheat bread flour I might be inclined to make one (without sugar or fat), and just pretend it's definitely a HExB. Up to you of course!

Baby rhino em?? But think of the HORN! Confused

Buttwing · 02/12/2016 15:18

Ha ha oriana! Gosh I can't believe it's nearly time everything crossed for a pre Xmas arrival, if it's any consolation
Dc3 was the size of small rhino (10lb8) and slid out q

Buttwing · 02/12/2016 15:19

Quite easily that was meant to say!!

OwlinaTree · 02/12/2016 16:40

Exciting times em! Was v quick for me after coil came out, Fx for you.
