Twit-twoo Overit! What a difference, well done Star

KittyOShea · 22/12/2015 17:54

Overit you look fab! What a beautiful bride you will be Flowers

B- scrambled eggs, banana
L- sweet potato and chilli soup, 1/2 slice white bread and scrape of butter (counting 3 syns)
D- lamb tagine with veg and rice (4 syns)

Other syns- 2 sugar, 4 for literally a sliver of carrot cake.

Really bloody hard to avoid syns in someone else's house when they're cooking.

Although no one twisted my arm to eat the sliver of carrot cakeGrin

Did a 6k walk too. Hoping that helps...

OrianaBanana · 22/12/2015 20:22

I don't have that many - my 'before' is after I'd lost half a stone (I didn't like the photos before!), my 'after' just before 1.5 stone off.

Well done tessie. That's fantastic.

You need to change that username...

TwoTonTessie · 22/12/2015 22:35

Blush at photo's.
You're right Kitty but I quite like this name. I will ponder an alternative....

overitalready · 23/12/2015 07:37

Oh thanks Flowers Wedding is next June so I have 6 months to hit my new target. I set my original at 10.8lbs which Ive now hit but I've lowered to 9.8lbs now as I still feel big..not everywhere just my belly.

Anyone else do any excercise? I never have since I started but maybe that's what's needed to get the jelly belly down some more!

oriana look at that tiny waist! You look great!

ttt who is no longer a ttt Congrats on hitting your target, well done..now get them pics out Grin

Annarose2014 · 23/12/2015 10:37

Those pics are so inspirational. I basically look like your "before" pic Oriana and its fine, but I'd flipping love to look like your "after"!

Last night I maintained, which I was extremely happy with as I was visiting rellies and had lots of fatty dinners dumped in front of me, and I also demolished a tub of Heroes last week too!

I suppose my aim for Christmas is to maintain still.

I'm down half a stone and to my suprise people have noticed. I don't think I look any different except that I look less bloated. I guess that in itself is a big change!

BendydickCuminsnatch · 23/12/2015 11:10

Wow those pics are amazing! Thanks for sharing - very motivational! Well done guys.

I have maintained this week. Fine by me as I have definitely been off plan all week!! Blush

Now this coming week I'm sure I'll gain but have noticed I don't fancy sweet things as much, and I feel satisfied/sick a lot easier! So hopefully won't stuff my face with chocs haha. And am feeling motivated to get back on plan after xmas.

Am staying with my parents this week, and they are both fractions of their former selves - mum has lost 22lbs and dad about 30lbs since October!!

tabulahrasa · 23/12/2015 11:17

Pobspits - I'm not strictly speaking vegetarian, but I don't eat meat and I rarely eat fish...it doesn't make it harder or anything.

Before and after pictures? I have them...

KittyOShea · 23/12/2015 13:33

Holy moly what a change tabulah. You look fabulous!

Annarose2014 · 23/12/2015 13:36

tabula how much have you lost and how long did it take? So chuffed for you.

Annarose2014 · 23/12/2015 13:38

Oh sorry , it was right there on pg 1! 8 stones!!!

(Still want to know how long it took though) Grin

Oh and your Top Tip!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 23/12/2015 13:51

Everyone looks incredible! Tabulah, wow!

Despite having lost 4 stone I don't look that different because I'm so bloody huge. But I know that from now on each stone will make a bigger difference Smile

calzone · 23/12/2015 15:16

My top tip is to surround yourself with all things SW including FB pages, IG pages etc and to face the scale every week. Even if you have had a terrible week, face it and move on.

OP posts:
calzone · 23/12/2015 15:17
