First wi today, 4.5 off Grin
I love this diet Smile
I had ham egg chips and beans for dinner, yum .

Going to try the diet coke chicken this week.
Does anyone have the sweet and sour chicken recipe?

SalaciousCrumb · 29/05/2013 19:07

Congrats lolly! Well done!

feeling horse good luck with spinning. A few years ago now in a spinning lesson my bike collapsed under me! Have been nervous ever since!

SalaciousCrumb · 29/05/2013 19:10

Hi all, 3rd day in for me. All free food apart from a quoin sausage sandwich with tomato sauce which I've counted as 13 syns.

Good luck to everyone wi

Stow sw works better for me too. Well done on your 3lb loss.

Fish a weekend in a hotel minus children I'm trying for one of those! For my birthday soonish we are planning to eat at Jamie's Italian...

Blondes sound like you're focused again. Are you still doing gym/classes?

SalaciousCrumb · 29/05/2013 19:17

Ds messing about already sent that message above! Sorry

Huffpot · 29/05/2013 20:19

Well done Lolly and welcome horse.
crumb I smiled when I read your spin experience as could just imagine that happening to me!

3lbs off tonight so am happy with that although am still 1lb up due to 4lb gain last week

LollipopViolet · 29/05/2013 20:20

3 and a half off tonight! 1 pound shy of my stone award now. Also got Slimmer of the Month which was a real shock but a nice surprise :)

Right, I can SO lose a pound over the coming week. Mustn't get sidetracked or distracted.

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 29/05/2013 20:42

Well done losers.

Horse I am six weeks in and 13.5 pounds off, so it is totally doable.

My mother hasn't noticed at all, which pisses me off a bit. But hey ho.

Littlemousewithcloggson · 29/05/2013 21:50

Well done everyone, brilliant weight losses.
If anyone likes blue cheese dressing/ dips I
have a "recipe"
Crumble 25g Stilton into 3/4 tub quark and mix well. Cover and leave over night for quark to absorb the flavour. Use as a spread on ryvita, a dip or salad dressing. Can be made thinner with a small amount of skimmed milk . Lasts a while and only 5 syns for the whole lot.

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 29/05/2013 22:52

I'm so excited, my poor mother is flying in to mind the 3 terrors beautiful children Smile

IsaacCox · 30/05/2013 07:39

Well done on all the losses :)

Littlemouse Stilton with quark sounds lovely. A creamy Stilton sauce is my favourite with pasta. Maybe I could use it as that?

I've weighed in this morning, I've sts from my last official weigh in (but put on 2lbs from my mid week one) I'm sticking with the sts, it sounds better Grin so it's only 5lb in total. I've got a few more days of indulgences but as soon as it's Wednesday- I'm back on it 100%. You don't even want to know what I had for dinner last night and now the rest for breakfast today Blush

Huffpot · 30/05/2013 09:44

3lbs off for me last night so if I lose the same next week I'll get my stone award I think. Its almost wiped out the 4lb gain from my awful food week last week Blush

Am still dying with a cold. Need to try and meal plan this week to make sure it does come off!

captainBeaky · 30/05/2013 10:01

I know you aren't supposed to weigh every day but I just can't help myself! Tues was 11st9/10 and todays is 11st6 . Can I expect this to keep going at the same rate or does it slow down? I ate far too many seafood sticks yesterday though! No more cider for me (although there will be the odd glass of wine here and there!)
Good luck today everyone!

LollipopViolet · 30/05/2013 10:16

Huffpot I was a pound off my stone award last night. A pound! So close yet so far. I'm a bit annoyed as my family are noticing my body changing shape, but friends aren't, and neither am I! The only way I can tell is with my clothes fitting better/sizes dropping.

Think the day I fit into size 12 jeans the whole country will know about it, I'll be shouting for joy Grin

MrsHelsBels74 · 30/05/2013 10:26

First weigh in tonight. Looking forward to it & terrified in equal measure!

laughalot · 30/05/2013 10:32

captainbeaky it will slow down as you lose more weight when I started it was 3lb ish a week and now im down to a 1lb a week but have lost 2 stone 3lb last weigh in. It starts to become a bit obsessive I have sets of scales at home and both say different today silly things.

laughalot · 30/05/2013 10:33

that should say 2 sets of scales

captainBeaky · 30/05/2013 10:36

that's brilliant laughalot! Can I ask how long it has taken?

laughalot · 30/05/2013 10:38

7th jan I started Grin.

captainBeaky · 30/05/2013 10:40

Wow! Are you very strict with yourself?

laughalot · 30/05/2013 10:49

I was to start with as I had started to creep into a size 18 clothes. I am now in a 12/14. If I was going out though I would eat and drink what I wanted and got straight back on it the next day. In all the time iv been doing it my biggest gain was a 1lb, I tend to find that as my period approaches a certain week in the month I stay the same weight that week so think that is water retention. As you start and lose the weight you notice a pattern. I will say right from the beginning I always used my syns though so most days had 15 syns I am trying to cut those down now as I have been stuck at this weight for a while and I am desperate to shift some more before we go away in July. Some weeks its really hard I caved in on tueday and had Mcdonalds with the kids oops. I dont do alot of excercise mainly 200 sit ups every night at home but I do walk most days as I dont drive so think that helps. It was easier for me to focus on losing half a stone at a time rather than looking at the overall picture my holiday photos from last year where the kick I needed. Good luck xx

laughalot · 30/05/2013 10:50

It also depends on age as it is supposed to be harder to lose it as we get older so for the record im 34 Grin.

MrsHelsBels74 · 30/05/2013 11:01

Yeah I've been sneaking into size 16 clothes, which looks a lot bigger at 5ft 0. I don't know if I'm imagining it but I already feel like my stomach is slimmer (not nearly enough!).

obrigada · 30/05/2013 12:09

Going to be harder for me so Laughalot as I am 50! I am 12st 8lb at the minute, for the last few years I have weighed in between 12st 7lb and 12st 11lb, so my initial goal is to get under 12st, even if it is only a quarter of ounce under the 12st, I really want to see 11st whatever showing on the scales:)

TheDetective · 30/05/2013 12:39

Feeling quite despondent. I'm totally sticking to this. My first 2 weeks I lost 10.5lb between them. Last 2 I lost 1.5 then 2. This week I have weigh in tonight but my scales tell me I'll have either gained 1/2 or sts tonight.

So why? In 3 weeks I'll have lost 3.5lb which to me is crap. You are guaranteed to lose 2lb a week if you stick to it.

Well I do stick to it completely and I am not losing what I should be. :(

This week I have eaten more supersede and less syns too. Been averaging 10 syns a day. And no fizzy diet drinks. So why this? It's not my period either I'm mid cycle. :(

feelingfitter · 30/05/2013 12:41

Back again after a disastrous weigh in last wk (totm)

Craved everything in sight and went for it too Blush

Hoping my gain from last wk will have dropped off at weigh in this wk.

Ah well, still happy and the few drinks on the weekend were naughty but nice Wink
