Hello All!
Great reading your stories.
Just need to get an idea of what my target weight should be. I'm doing SW online. My starting weight was 11 stone and I've lost 5 pounds.
I'm just short of 5"7. What sort of target do you think I should be going for? I am fairly curvy- bra size 30gg and my weight goes on my hips and upper thighs.
Any thoughts?

Salacious, just checked on SW online for you and a Costa medio cappuccino is 5½ on all the plans .. hope this helps:)

Mindful you sound like you are a small build with a 30 back measurement for bra size. Does the online slimmers world have a guide for your height?

Hello, can I join you all please? I am at my heaviest (11s10), and only 5ft3. I joined SW on line today and really hope I can do it! Looks like I'll have to stop the cider completely!

I'm now 15st 1.5 from 16st 2.5. Am aiming for 11st and a 12-14 as I can maintain this and feel happy at that size. Happy enough anyway! I'm 5ft 2!

Just found this thread.Hoping it can give me much needed motivation. I'm 5'7 and currently 14st11.5 I had lost 10 . 5lbs but put on 5 after a fortnight's holiday and I'm ashamed to say I managed to put on yet another lb this morning at weigh in. My target is 11.7lbs but this feels unachievable at the moment due to no willpower. I can't do much exercise as I have a severe prolapse and am still suffering from spd pain post pregnancy.

Well I went totally off the rails all weekend. McDonalds, biscuits, curry, pastry....I could go on Blush
Ive been good today, and will be good tomorrow but I think WI will arrive too soon on Thursday morning!

They should take my stone award back!

Im 12st 2 and 5 foot 4 down from 14.5 was a 16/18 now a 12/14.

I'm five foot two and started in February at 13st6! Am 12st10.5 at the moment after a few blips and maintains.

Salacious, yes I have a small waist and chest but larger breasts and hips. I haven't yet managed to find a guide on the SW website. It's hard to know, BMi wise I am 24 ish I think but I'm never convinced that's a great benchmark as it doesn't take account of things like frame - or big boobs!

Hello Izzy! You can do it! I am amazed I've stuck to it! I have no willpower at all.

It has opened my eyes though to the amount of calories in stuff I'd never even thought about before.

I'm enjoying my food at the minute. Made some nice things lately. Tonight we are trying diet chicken cola, but with pepsi max as I prefer it!! Doing grilled peppers and courgettes, with sweet potato wedges to have as a side.

I'm drooling at the thought. Dinner is late tonight! I wish it would hurry! Grin

Well, when I set my interim target with my consultant last week, we looked at the BMI chart, and set a target in the middle of the "overweight" section, because at the moment, I'm in the "obese" bit. My ultimate target of 8 stone will put my comfortably in the "healthy" bit.

As for dresses for when I'm at target, I look at those all the time!

Mindfullme I weigh on boots scales every week and it tells you on the print out your ideal bmi and what you are at.

The diet cola pepsi chicken was awesome. Totally recommend it. We had it with sweet potato wedges and grilled peppers. Yum frickin' yum!!

Lost 3 tonight. Got my 1 and a half stone award but almost 2 and a half off since summer As had lost weight before I joined sw.
So pleased. Would love 2 off next week.
BMi is 25.8 - has been close to 30 for so long.

I'm 5.8 and 12.1.5 (was 14.7). My friend slightly smaller but similar weight - she feels rotten where as I am starting to feel great. So I dont think we can compare - its just what makes us feel happy and comfortable. Someone else at 12 stone and my height might want to be 10 stone. i woukd be happy at a size 14 forever !! My advice to mindful is to go half stone at a time and take it from there.

detective will have to try diet coke chicken. Everyone in class always raving about it

Well done Curly, I also lost 3 this week despite my overindulgence over the weekend!

Just need to lose 2.5lbs this week to reach 2 stone. Really hope I can do it!

Would definitely recommend diet coke chicken. Also nice made with diet fanta, more like sweet and sour. Another 3lbs off for me at weigh in today so that's 1st 3lbs in 3 weeks, am loving this diet. (probably would have been more if I hadnt eaten a big mac, fries and 3 mars bars on Sunday!)

Diet coke chicken is gorgeous, we love it. Also diet lemonade chicken. Will have to try it with diet fanta.

I had a massive blip yesterday- a piece of a massive toblerone, a slice of chocolate birthday cake and 3/4 of a (big) bar of Tesco's Eton mess chocolate! I really wish I hadn't though as I had horrible cramps last night. Grrr.

Quorn bolgonese for dinner so I'll be doing a green day today. Weigh in tomorrow, doubt I've lost. I'll be happy with any loss to show!
