Blondes is being very bad on holiday :) but once back in uk I shall be back on sw

'Plumps cushions' and hands out healthy sw snacks and Wine

1 Maris piper potato. Use a mandolin or a food processor to cut in to verrrrry thin slices. Or do it painstakingly by hand

Spray some fry light onto the plate of your microwave. Place the slices on the plate but don't overlap. Ping on full power for 4-6 minutes until bubbled/slightly coloured.

Voila!!! Add salt and vinegar or as I did paprika. Mmmmmmmmmm

be warned,some cons say syn free crisps are a 'whispers' tweak and therefore must syn them even tho potatoes are free

Then that means the chips arent Syn free either?! I only used 4 sprays of fry light too and 1/2 a potato!

exactly, i dont see the difference Hmm

i wouldnt eat more then one potato worth for chips or crisps, but the tweak police will hunt you down ....................

I looked it up & the Muller choc orange & choc vanilla are free but the cherry choc vanilla is 1.5 syns. Hope so anyway.

I'm feeling a bit disheartened today, been really good all week and done loads of exercise but just weighed myself and it looks like I've put on a pound Confused. The only thing I've done differently is joined the gym - surely that couldn't make me put on weight!

izzy - im on a fb sw site and if people say about smash pizza or potato syn free crisps etc, then the tweak police come and say you cant do that

B - strawberrys, milk and wheetabix (hex)
D - whole meal wrap (8 syn) ham, biiiiiig salad, dressing
T - chicken breast, roasted med veg, cous cous (1/2 Syn)
Snacks - tea/coffee, grapes, cherries, lychees, apple, chicken drumstick, synfree/not free crisps, 1/4 frozen mars bar (2 syns)

I've been pretty good today. I've suddenly found I am needing less in terms of syns too. :)

It seems a lot of you use syns in your meals more than for treats etc? Is that right? I use mine on chocolate mostly Grin.

B: Pear
L: Super low fat noodles and a banana
D: SW chips, big tub of mushy peas from the chippy Grin so glad we live close to one! and salad consisting of rocket, lambs leaf, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella balls (HEA) and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (1 syn).

I've had one hi fi bar, and will have another for my HEB.

I might have a cadburys caramel highlights sachet with milk (7 syns in total) before bed. Nom. :)

Random dinner det. No meat?

I had bran flakes with almond milk for breakfast. Then lunch was that pasta at f&b. Alongside my waffle! Tea was BBQ chicken breast, uncle bens rice and a ton of salad!

Will have no snacks except fruit if hungry to try claw back from my huge waffles at lunch!

Well I wanted SW chips and mushy peas Grin. But although mushy peas are super speed, they aren't super free, so I needed to have 1/3 (well half really as our consultant asked us to try and have 10 SF a day, and make it half of our meal) super free, hence the salad! Was good though! And not on the same plate - I don't like mixing foods lol! Always have salads in a bowl!

I need to know the syns for a beefeater grill on sunday! Can anyone help? The following dishes interest me Grin.

Smoked Paprika Chicken Skewers (starter)
Quorn burger
Smoked Paprika Chicken (without the coleslaw)
Chargrilled Chicken,Vegetables and Tomato Linguine

Anyone able to offer anything? I've found the skewers calories etc, and 100g would be 3.5 syns. But I can't find the portion size. :(

I winge about an lb loss but keep thinking a lb a week is just under 4 stone a year :)

So that's 4 lbs of my 10 lbs I want to lose by my birthday :)

Detective - I try and use syns for treats or dressings - mine mainly seem to go on salad cream lite or crisps

And I'm at beefeater on Sunday and want to know what to eat - what can I have that's healthy/ideally no syns

So prob a chicken breast or salmon with jackets/salad

Think there is a pasta dish as well that may be low

Or the chicken Caesar salad with no dressing or croutons or cheese / hmm not that tasty then pmsl

I'm quite good with dressings - I don't really like them that much! I don't mind a vinegarette dressing or balsamic vinegar. I will hide them in my bag along with light marge for the jacket - in case there is nothing else to have!

I don't mind plain salad though :)

I thought I would use mine on crisps - I always thought I was a savoury person before SW! Turns out I miss choc/cake the most Confused.

I've only had 5.5 syns today. That is unheard of! Shock

I'm thinking of the paprika chicken from what I can see. Without the coleslaw, and might leave the chips and ask for a baked potato.

I have some butter powder stuff which is 1/2 a syn. Supposed to be good - my consultant gave it to me as a prize for doing the 10 super speed foods 6/7 days this week. I can't wait to try it out. I really miss baked potatoes with proper butter, and cheese! At least I can have the butter taste...!

My first ever Friday night without going mad! I'm on 7 syns and not a sip of wine! Wowzaaaa
Had pork chow mein tonight it was lovely
Takeaway tomorrow but gonna be good with my food choices and have some wine - I need to live!
Back on it Sunday then

Daisy - the way I make pancakes is

35g oats so your b
1/2 Mullier light
1 egg
spoonful sweetener

Mix all together and cook on low heat - it makes 4 smallish ones

I then have the other 1/2yog and and banana blueberries etc with it

Yummy and syn free :)
