Just a quick one...1lb on but it was deserved and I thought it would be more Smile

LollipopViolet · 12/06/2013 19:42

Ouch 4lb on :( OK, I've not eaten great, but I thought the amount of walking and skating would've helped it not be as much!

Oh well, tonight marks the start of a new week, I suppose.

minibmw2010 · 12/06/2013 19:43

B- fruit and fibre with low fat yogurt with strawberries
L- jacket potato with tikka and salad
D- meatball pasta
Snacks - pineapple, carrots, apple
Syns- 2 Rockyroad bars and a pink n white = 8.5 syns today

Feeling so full I feel fat! Never mind x

onceipopicantstop · 12/06/2013 21:50

Well done to all the losers - especially littlemouse and her amazing loss!!
WI for me tomorrow, have had a really good week so hoping it will show on the scales but trying not to get my hopes up too much just in case...
For some reason haven't felt very hungry this week - if only it would last!!Grin
So today
No breakfast
L- baked potato with egg mayo and cherry toms
S - satsumas
T - chicken curry (no syns) and rice, melon

Will report back after WI tomorrow evening!!

Dawndonna · 12/06/2013 22:11

Well done everyone!
Those who put on a bit, it'll go!

Had sorbet tonight, it was lufferl!
6 syns though, but I counted them, ten syns today, which is a tiddly bit more than usual, but have had lots of chicken and veg today, so should be okay.

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 12/06/2013 22:32

Stayed the same. Gutted.

BadRoly · 12/06/2013 22:48

Evening Smile

So many new names, I'm sorry but I can't keep track easily on the phone but well done the losers!

Well I have maintained the same weight for the past 4 weeks and been 1lb either side for the few weeks before so I have decided to set this weight as my target!

So I am now 5ft 10. 14st 7lb. BMI 29.1 (overweight). Size 18 (very comfy, perhaps a 16 on occasion!)

This is I think is realistic for an almost 40 30 year old with 4dc and a dodgy thyroid Grin to maintain for ever...

TheDetective · 12/06/2013 22:58

Evening. :)

B: 4 soft boiled eggs, 2 slices 400g WM bread (HEB).
L: 3 slices of ham, apple, hi life bar (3 syns).
D: Chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, green beens, baby corn, stuffing and gravy (6 syns).

Snacks: Highlights sachet (2 syns) with milk (HEA). I might have a jaffa cake or pink n white yet. Trying to resist though.

I've got raspberries and melon for breakfast tomorrow. Super speed for breakfast! I'm going to make some mini quiche for lunch. Mmmm :) Hope they are nice!

WI tomorrow. Think it will be 1lb off, possibly 2, it's fluctuating depending on I dunno - what colour my knickers are?!

As long as it is a loss, I can deal with that.

IsaacCox · 13/06/2013 06:36

Mindful, what plan are you doing, EE, red or green? On the FB SW page I go on, people on there that don't have a loss are told to try another plan. I believe the red helps lots to lose the most. Maybe try switching things up?

Well done on all the losses and don't worry all the sts/gainers, it'll soon come off :)

I had a lovely dinner yesterday. Loaded skins (bacon, spring onion, jalapeños and HEA cheese) with salad and beans (with paprika and a little bit of garlic granules in) Yum.

Weigh in this morning. I think I've lost at least 3 this week as I've weighed almost every day Blush hoping for 4 to get my 1/2 stone again.

My goal for this next week is to up my water again and only weigh in on official weigh in day!

Oh also, I was wearing some skinny jeans I've had for ages yesterday and they're massively big! I can pull them from the waistband out about 2/3 inches Grin I think I may need some new ones! I've only lost about 6 but I have lost inches :)

Have a great day all :)

melliebobs · 13/06/2013 07:53

Yesterday

B - wmeal toast (heb) scrambled egg
D - BBQ chicken drummers, cold pasta, salad, dressing
T - asparagus, salad, dressing, 1/3 bacon n leek quiche (15syns)
Snacks - 0% fat vanilla yoghurt (1syn) and an apple, lots of cups of tea

Not feeling too bad about the 16 syns cos I did a 1.5 mile walk and a 4 mile run at running club Grin

IsaacCox · 13/06/2013 07:58

Just weighed and I've lost 4 lb this week :)

Huffpot · 13/06/2013 08:26

Well done losers and Isaac!

Back on plan 100% and have even measured out my milk.

B: Apple, banana, fresh pineapple and maybe a WW yoghurt and a cuppa
L: Scan bran (sigh) with 0% greek yoghurt and banana
D: Not really sure....am thinking maybe a jacket potato and salad for me and feeding the rest something easy and lazy as have the toddlers out at a playgroup this afternoon and we won't get home till about 4 which is the little ones bedtime

IsaacCox · 13/06/2013 08:53

Thanks Huffpot

I really want 5lb off this week so I'm in the next stone bracket. Really going to go for it.

melliebobs · 13/06/2013 11:27

Asda mars bars = 9.5 syns Shock

Cut into 4 and wrapped them individually and put in the freezer. 2 syns each and they'll last soooo much longer being rock hard. Chocolate fix without going overboard!

melliebobs · 13/06/2013 11:28

Well 2 n a bit Wink

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/06/2013 11:56

Bunch - it's awful when sts when been good :( I will prob be the same tomorrow at wi

Bad roly - don't give up - but again same as bunch it's disheartening when keep sts or gaining or losing the same lb - have you been doing sw properly or not Counting the odd nibble

Isaac - fab about the inches and this is why we should all measure as well as weigh as can lose inches some weeks but not weight

Mellie / quiche is so bloody high coz of pastry - have you tried making you own a la blondes quiche - and have it syn free?

And yah for 4lb loss Envy

Huff - do I take it you don't like scan bran? Doesn't sound a yummy lunch :(

Will try the mars bar frozen and chopped - spams times I fancy chocolate and all so high :(

Had 4 chunks of Cadbury caramel last night :( don't know what syns

Huffpot · 13/06/2013 12:01

I don't mind it but its not the most appetising prospect Blondes...still its eaten now so time to make the boys lunch to eat on the go and off walking we go!

minibmw2010 · 13/06/2013 12:21

BF was 2 weetabix and semi skimmed milk, a banana and some probiotic natural yoghurt with blueberries. Lunch was going to be mash with beans and ham but just realised I have no beans (pah) so it's just mash & ham (with a small syns of clover light), then dinner will be salmon fillet, veg & little spuds. Have wine in the fridge for some syns later Smile

Dawndonna · 13/06/2013 12:53

Hmm, got on the scales this morning and according to them have gained the 3lbs I had lost, since Monday? Most odd, because I have been good and careful. I hope this sorts by next Monday.
