MNHQ, a word in your shell-like please - about these pro-BNP threads... consider this a petition

hasn't this gone far enough? these threads are being allowed to stand which considering the "policies" of the BNP and the views expressed by "activists" is appalling. yes, free speech is wonderful, but some of these threads can be seen as inciting racial hatred, there are many, many, disablist, homophobic, racist remarks made and implied and they always go the same way. the threads are started to cause a bunfight. the BNP will not get anymore supporters on here, so why be deliberately controversial?

mn is a self-moderated site. this is great and one of the reasons i use it. however, the mners are now moderating and saying that we have had enough. we have complained a LOT about this type of thing - please take note!

I guess that is the point - this is a site which is meant to be supportive to parents. DP's posts are not supportive in any way. Quite the reverse.

Catholic, pah! Your lack of knowledge of the Bible was pretty obvious on the thread I remember, given that there are plenty of things forbidden in Leviticus that you ignore quite happily. It's about picking and choosing to suit your own prejudices.

daftpunk - if you never meant to hurt LG you would never have produced the homophobic shite in the first place. You knew exactly what you were doing.

You can think what you like, and use the umbrella of your Catholicism to justify it, and that's fine and dandy - but when you are on a thread with someone who you know will be directly affected by, and hurt by, your views, then you should keep your views to yourself. In my opinion.
