It's been pointed out to us a few times now that our Acronyms and abbrevations list needs updating.

So, since you're the ones who really know your AIBUs from your AFAIKs, please tell us what you think should get the chop (if anything) and what needs adding.

why can't CP just be cerable palsey??
surely to god if your child has a short childhood illness like chicken pox you can type that out for a couple of weeks.
I remember being quite upset by a thread about a child not being invited to a party cos they had CP,. I was new and didn't know they only meant chicken pox(see easy to spell and type)
