Yes, I'm genuinely sorry to say that it looks shit. All over the place, badly designed, horrible to use, a total step backwards.

Yes I still hate threads I'm on and the add message bit being in the text is a pain in the neck! On the plus side it's great to see poster names back on active convos and search works now as far as I can see.

Has Bigtech run away to foreign climes yet? Poor lamb must feel very beleagured!

Threads I'm on is not good.

There's a weird thing that at the top of each thread the thread title appears twice - once under its topic and then again on its own.

When I tried the advanced search yesterday it worked, but then when it found the threads I wasn't able to jump immediately to the individual post.

It's getting better here. I like the new lozenge shaped preview and post message buttons in seasonal winter plum colour. Very nice. They are new aren't they?

One teeny tiny small thing, which I'm sure you are getting round to, but my name in active covos is starting with a lower case s. It is only ever so slightly irksome but you know, has the capacity to wheedle away and develop into a fully blown weeping pustule of annoyance.

Hooray! I've switched back to MN New from Classic and it looks sooooooooooo much better, just like the old days (how's that for paradox?) Biscuits all round

After the last debacle I have faith you'll sort it out but not quite sure why it's been messed with in the first place. Use your profits to have a holiday instead

Although "Talk : Site Stuff" is in purple as well on the blue banner at the top, could that stay white please because it makes it hard to read. And is it just me or is it a lighter purple than it was before?

Yes I have the purple problem too now. I like it for thread titles, but not for the topic titles in the blue bar at the top. Can hardly read it and it makes my eyes go boggly

In active convos, the thead title is still tied to the topic

e.g. _chat: why is this happening?

You can only click on that particular thread, not separately on _chat or on why is this happening

There is still the issue with the last post in a thread having no barrier between it and Add your message here

At the top of the page, there is duplication of the thread title being seems unnecessary.

oh the italics and bold didn't work - hmm, I had the *s and ^s in the right places... is this a bug too?

Search still not working. When you click on a thread title after you have put in your keywords, it brings up Active Convos.

Also still only showing 4 previous messages in Threads I'm On, even if there have been far more since you last posted.

Is this going to be a permanent change?

On the plus side, thread titles in Threads I'm On now going purple which is great as I missed this for the last few months.

lankyalto - you need your at each end of every^ word* , not at each end of the phrase.
