Mumsnet Towers - what do you imagine it to look like?

We ask because obviously we know the harsh reality but we're looking to reveal all put a pic on our Twitter page. So, we'd love to hear your ideas on what you want to see at Mumsnet Towers.
The Shed?
Justine's untidy desk corner office?
Our Studio60 style countdown clock to the full moon?
MNHQ's feral children creche?
TIA as ever

A fridge full of Fruit Shoots and lunchtime trips to Greggs?

onebatmother · 05/06/2009 19:15

You see I always think of it like the bar in Cheers or something. You know, hospitable and friendly, always a warm welcome.

JustineMumsnet · 05/06/2009 19:20

Smythson - far too Tory for me... I have a joggler, of course - though not quite got to grips with it yet .

Actually I also have a beautiful filofax, a rather lovely Things To Do Today book and an i-cal on my Iphone (you can see what people think I need come present-time) but I still ended up going to a conference this morning, corruscating 3-minute presentation on social and real-time media in hand, only to find it's on next Tuesday...

I fear that what I really need is a bigger brain.

MrsMattie · 05/06/2009 19:22

I wish I worked at MN...

Imagine. It must be heaven - MN is your work.

EffiePerine · 05/06/2009 19:29

Swedes, you aren't far off

WTF are mystic balls?

BecauseImWorthIt · 05/06/2009 19:29

If Justine wore super high heels they'd have to raise the ceilings!

(She's really tall already!) And horribly thin.

I hope they are feeding you Gregg's sausage rolls and making you drink full sugar Froot Shoots.

EffiePerine · 05/06/2009 19:32

server room

BecauseImWorthIt · 05/06/2009 19:34

And there's a room in the corner, with a sign on it that says 'Data Centre - DO NOT ENTER'

But actually, inside it's a pit where the Techs live. There's a dartboard on the wall and lot of computers and bits of computers all over the place.

And a sign on the wall saying 'you don't have to be mad to work here but it helps'

TheProvincialLady · 05/06/2009 19:36

The back bedroom room of a council house. Very smoky. MFI furniture circa 1982 in black ash effect chipboard. Curtains are red and white diagonal stripes. Carpet unspeakable.

TheProvincialLady · 05/06/2009 19:37

Bedroom room?

BecauseImWorthIt · 05/06/2009 19:37

TPL!

onebatmother · 05/06/2009 19:47

the fantasy

the reality

Goober · 05/06/2009 19:49

Like theees?

TheBreastmilksOnMe · 05/06/2009 20:08

In a top secret location like one of those towers you get in a fairytale story that Rapunzel hangs her hair out of and inside it's really swish and high tech and fun with slides instead of staircases and a huge staff room filled with balls (the plastic kind) and everyone 'working' on their computers in a big open plan office. Everyone is cool and knowledgeable about all things 'parenty' and clad in the very latest Boden attire with crocs, naturally.

Jux · 05/06/2009 20:56

I see it like this but it is a Tardis and is much bigger on the inside. This is a disguise so that Tech feels like he's just going into his shed at the bottom of the garden.

weebump · 05/06/2009 21:26

The charming exterior

The cosy interior

GodzillasBumcheek · 05/06/2009 22:08

The Neverending Story Ivory Tower, all shiny and, er, tall.

I believe someone (Custy if not others) has already done a link but here's mine.

LupusinaLlamasuit · 05/06/2009 22:28

oh come on, this is them

LupusinaLlamasuit · 05/06/2009 22:30

and they live and work together in a David Lynch film

BecauseImWorthIt · 05/06/2009 22:32

Actually - quick question - what do you mean about a Twitter page?

Dearthworm · 05/06/2009 22:41

I think this is the real MNHQ, isn't it?

PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 05/06/2009 22:46

a tiny tiny white garrett

Ronaldinhio · 05/06/2009 22:49

I don't know but it has jaunty bunting

Dearthworm · 05/06/2009 22:50

Jaunty Bunting sounds like the name of a Malory Towers puupil.
