Mumsnet offline Thursday night

Mumsnet will be offline tonight, Thursday, from just before 11pm or so. We're doing a few small updates and a bit of housekeeping. It will be off for a while unfortunately, so maybe an early night and check in over your cereal in the morning?

I'm not going to offer MSN updates this time - you'd not believe the story from last time I did that, even if I did tell you, which I won't. The good news is that if it goes badly there will be at least a dozen people to blame. If it goes well I'll be around to take all the credit.

Let's just hope we don't hit the headlines this time.

One little teeny problem I have noticed - anyone getting the number of replies on threads reading inaccurately?
Says several have 0 replies even though they are at the top of the list and been going for a few days and clearly added to since the change over. Bit disconcerting!

Damn - I am so unobservant - never bother looking for functions and stuff unless I am stuck... Ah well, least I have found that nice function now

(Thanks for explaining MrsBadger, you were rather patient to post it considering I have just noticed a whole new thread. Many would have flamed me with a "READ THE DAMN THREADS, THICKO!!" but you were very kind and ignored my stupidity )

morningpaper - I am getting that identical bug with Threads I Am On - although it shows the first bit of the final post, it gives my name to the right as it is me being quoted.

I am using Safari on a Mac
