I thought it was supposed to be a way of making something less agressive (the smiley face). That's how I meant it anyway (unaggressively).

I do go on MN quite a lot, Enid. That is why I knew that rev was genuine. If you aren't on a site much and don't know the current state of play, why go on in order to try outing a 'troll' from a position of ignorance? It is very offensive, especially when moldies was allegedly set up to escape nasty persecution.

what I find unpalatable is how people who express absolutely no interest whatsoever in the actual thread topic ( civilians getting shelled in Gaza) can have the nerve to suddenly appear on that thread for the sole purpose of humiliating and discrediting the person who started the thread in the first place and has helped encourage good debate and discussion among a great many posters. It was shit-stirring, end of. Don't pretend otherwise .At no time did either ppp or enid even obliquely refer to the subject matter of the thread.
