Is it just my PC or is Mumsnet slower lately?

Pages are taking ages to load/refresh....

I may end up internet shopping while I'm waiting and will have to ask Mnet to fit the bill for any Jimmy Choos I may order.....

scoobi- that's the message I was getting at the bottom but I fell asleep waiting before it actually loaded.

Very slow yesterday in particular.I am using Firefox on a mac.

mine was painfully slow yesterday, but seems fine today?..so dont know what was causing it, but somethings changed?, couldnt tell you what ad it may have been as it happend everytime i added a post, went to active convo's, threads im on..everything???

just took a while to open 'products' with the sainsburies feed your family for a fier ad????

Mine was awful yesterday but absolutely fine today. (just in case that is helpful info)

I use IE, I haven't blocked any ads or done anything different today.

I think what happened yesterday was that all our dhs/dps e-mailed MNHQ and pleaded for them to do something so we didn't spend so long on the site on a Sunday.

Now it is Monday we are "allowed" (only kidding obviously)

just took a good 3-4 minutes to get from one page to the next..........
