Option to see 25 posts per page has gone.

I can only see lots of posts with an option to load more.

On safari, iPhone 6, customised settings are set to 25 per page.

Im hating this format, I’d like the 25 posts per page back.
If I’m on a test list can I please be removed from it, it’s very difficult for me to use.

Still waiting...this is my 3rd time requesting to be put out of test group...

Ahh I was wondering why MN was suddenly such a pain to use. I've stopped reading long threads now because I can't seem to get to the end anymore.

@KellyMumsnet Can I be removed from the test group too please? I like mumsnet but have used it a lot less since the change.

It's fairly awful isn't it. It's definitely putting me off using the app/website.

We have removed you from the group (more than once in some cases) but there seems to be an issue with a small number of users and we need to work out what's going wrong here. We'll make sure you're all removed again today. If it's still a problem tomorrow please let us know and we'll start trying to eliminate things that might be a problem.

I really dislike the infinite scrolling, as I'm following the long Peggie v NHS Fife/Upton threads and sometimes want to refer ahead or back which is much easier with page numbers. Please return the option of self-managing my relationship with Mumsnet (by reverting to page numbers).

I do understand why you try new things but this has made the site unusable for me. There are lots of long running threads (eg in AIBU or Sex and Gender discussions) which are dormant and then updated. This is not always by the OP - for example when there is a development in a legal case, anyone who’s seen it on the news might update. This means you can’t just look at all the OP’s posts to see the latest. You have to scroll to the end to see the update. This takes forever on an 800 post thread and it doesn’t always work, so you end up back at the beginning. As others have said, it’s like reading an e-book as one continuous page numberless PDF. Not good (and sadly for me, it seems not capable of being undone!)

Hi again @aiskabash . This is really strange. We've just double checked and you are definitely removed from the test group so shouldn't be seeing the 'infinite scroll' style threads. Can we ask you first to just have a look at your own settings and check they are set at 50 posts per page (or however you like them) and that you've scrolled down and saved that preference? Actually, it might be worth changing the preference on pages per thread, saving, seeing if that works, and then changing the preference back and saving again, just to see if those preferences are working correctly.

If all that seems to be in order, could you send us a screen video? You can email it to [email protected] if you prefer and just mark it 'infinite scroll test group issue'. You can even just use your phone to video it on your computer if that's easier than doing an actual screen video. It would just be useful to see exactly what's happening so we can get it sorted for you.

@InvisibleOldHag There does seem to be something odd going on with excluding you from this group. We're really sorry for the inconvenience. We're looking into it now and will pop back whenever we have any more news on it.

If I’m on the test group, I want to be removed.
If not this help me getting off mumsnet and doing something better with my time.
I bloody hate it, it took 5 minutes of swiping to get to end!

Can I please be removed from the test group and have my account moved back to the paginated version? I really dislike the infinite scrolling, it makes it much harder to navigate the threads and means I end up leaving threads and not engaging with the site. I would have appreciated a heads up that I was being placed in a test group and how to opt out instead of being left to struggle with a frustrating and unnecessary change.
