OP posts:
Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:03

most of the time I go back to read the thread I get so bored that I start to scan, then scroll quicker then get back to my original answer and think 'now there's an interesting and succinct post', then I go away and never return

Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:04

or I read thread from my comment to see how many people say "I agree with Twiglett"

or sometimes I start reading backwards down the thread and realise that some people are being quite amusing and I keep going till I get to the thread that started the amusement and I lol

in this thread I just LOLed at WT's little fishy voice

Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:10

sometimes I come in right at the end of a thread and witter inanely in a number of posts so that it looks like I'm talking to myself

Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:11

do you Twig?

Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:11

yes I do, I find it mildly embarrassing at how easily I can amuse myself

Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:12

but anything is better than having to watch Max and Ruby (which I have now renamed Brat and Snooty much to children's disgust)

southeastastra · 07/04/2008 19:12

nutcase

WanderingTrolley · 07/04/2008 19:15

I agree with Twig. All three of her, chatting away to herself...

What is MN message? Is it a secret club? Is it in My Mumsnet but, like the round up and newsletter, my pc refuses to let me see them?

im mildly embarrassed at how amused i am by this thread...

oggsfrog · 07/04/2008 19:36

I shall be eternally grateful to you WT, for the image of a buxom matron inadvertantly wiping out the Oompa Loompa race

WanderingTrolley · 07/04/2008 19:39

That's why you never see them oggs. Mind you, neither did I, hence..er...

And you have mistakenly typed 'matron' when you clearly meant 'vamp'

Twiglett · 07/04/2008 19:40
oggsfrog · 07/04/2008 19:42

Ah, but buxom matron makes for much greater comedic effect I find

WanderingTrolley · 07/04/2008 19:47

I do not agree with Twiglett.

How dare you snort at my bosom.

Bugger. I need a 4' exclusion zone.

uttertripe · 07/04/2008 19:53

what are you going to do with the lamp and cup of coffee? surely whipping a pistol from your knickers would be more threatening?
Confused

margosbeenplayingwithmynoonoo · 07/04/2008 21:04

I don't know about that Uttertripe- as the owner of a more than ample bosom, they can be very scary. Anyway, she probably conceals a gun in her cleavage along with the small lamp and a cup of coffee.

margosbeenplayingwithmynoonoo · 07/04/2008 21:07

Has everyone on this thread lost the plot btw?

PinkTulips · 07/04/2008 21:19

damn you lot!

this is exactly why i don't read the whole thread... by the time i've waded through 100+ posts you've all started on the tit and arse jokes and all the extremely sensible, relevant comments i had in my head to post are irrelevant

i only ever read the first few and last few posts in really long threads to judge the general mood and then feel well informed enough to comment... tis not like anyone listens to me anyway

Am I the only one worried about zippi doing the reverse shit? Sounds awfully painfully.
