Dear Mumsnet please could we have a 'Larger Families' section?

rather like the 'multiples' section

it could be for 4+ children maybe and we can all get together and discuss how to run home soup kitchens/chinese laundry and whether or not Nick Leeson had the right idea for how to finance our broods?

I have mooted it before and people seem quite keen - it is different having a lot of children and it helps to have support

Hi am I too late to join? I have 5 boys. Though 2 do live with their Dad. Is that ok? Or shall I just close the 'Owl' door behind me ?

ds1 age 13 Very long 13 hour labour. Had 18 stitches.
ds2 age 12 7 hour labour with just g&a and no stitches or anything.
ds3 6hour labour hospital water birth. Only 3 stitches.
ds4 age 17 months. 6ish hour labour. Planned home birth with just a 'graze'.
ds5 age 9 weeks. Born at home in the bathroom delivered by dh no stitches.

has been a busy day here......

had friend and her DH round with her 4, and we sooked for the kiddies and ordereed chinese for the adults.................plus did a trerasure hunt and an egg hunt for everyone including the DH's.

kiddies got all their clues, DH's needed help[evil]

me and friend had far too much a lovely amount of wine!!

I metoined MN about 2/3 times, so now all think I am defective

all now full of chocolate/me full of wine/DH full of all the left-overs....and this post has take me 10mins as I am too drunk to write properly!
