We've just done the second stage of this - the for sale and wanted topics are gone, and we've replaced them with a For Sale / Wanted category, with topics for various types of item you might want to buy / sell. They should show up at the bottom of the main topic lists on this page.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi, We decided here at MN that we would stick with just credit/debit cards for CAT payments for the moment. Sorry if this causes anyone a major hassle.

I think highchairs should be feeding highchairs / chairs / weening items etc?

HELP!!! i paid subscription fee about two hours ago(i think) it went through fine but when i try to CAT about something i was in the process of buying in the old for sale thread it tells me i nedd to subscribe, have tried logging out and in again

ooo... just one last thing tech.... would it be possible to make the 'for sale / wanted' header in individual page linkable back to the for sale/wanted list.

i'll bet that makes no sense, but i know what i mean

i suspect the for sale and the wanteds all mixed up together might be a bit confusing.......

for example

if you see

tripp trapp high chair

in the baby chair / seat section you would need to open up the thread to see if its a wanted or a for sale post?

unless you stipulate that you have to write either wanted or for sale in the thread titles?

did that make any sense atall

mildmannered ( thats a joke right?) can i just remind you that just because someone is on a low income does not make them dishonest , some of the most dishonest people are richer than your wildest dreams ( the guinness family anyone ?) they just scam bigger and better than the rest !
I think it would really help if you were able to pay subs by paypal ( with a verified address ) as some people do not have a debit card / perhaps dont want to use credit card . In all honesty i never buy things of very high value on either here or ebay that i cannot view beforehand ,but i have bought and sold various bits without any problems .

Am I being really dim but I can't find the new sections. Just got the usual 'classifeds' tabs which takes me to the old for sale and wanted threads which I can see have not been added to since about 4pm.
I want to look at the new for sale sections!!! Where are they???

That seemed like a lot of faff. I like to click on wanted or for sale and just scan down the list to see if anyone wants anything I've got or maybe something I fancy buying that I wouldn't have particularly looked for. I don't want to open up all those threads just browsing.
Don't think I'll bother now.
Perhaps thats the whole point. No-one bothers = no one posts anything for sale.
