Can’t post using app

Just that. Get ‘ message failed to send retry’ it still fails.
Also threads I am on is now empty.
I much prefer the app. Can you help please.

I've had this issue today too, thought it was just me

I've had this twice now, in the last week or so.

I had this for several days. Yesterday I logged out and back in again (on the app, I don't log in online). It fixed the issue temporarily but I had to go through the process again this morning. I also couldn't bookmark or watch threads.

Thanks for being so patient with us. We’re aware that some users are continuing having issues with the app - being unable to post or view lists they’re on despite logging out and back in again.

We released a fix for these issues yesterday. However, this introduced a new bug, and resulted in some users continuing to have issues today.

We understand how frustrating this is, especially since we’ve been instructing users to log out and log back in again to resolve the problem but we weren’t aware of this new bug until this afternoon.

Now that all the known issues have been resolved you should be able to log in as normal. If you try to log in with a password and see an error saying incorrect password then you may need to reset it.

Whilst we don't expect there to be any more problems with app, if there are, please contact us at MNHQ or post on here.
