Can’t post using app

Just that. Get ‘ message failed to send retry’ it still fails.
Also threads I am on is now empty.
I much prefer the app. Can you help please.

i had this last week, annoying isn't it? i logged out of the app and the. logged back in again and it did the trick. Worth a try.

We're aware of the issue and it should fix itself if you log in and log out of the app. Can you check this?

Also struggling to post via app this morning. Had same a couple weeks ago. Has there been another update? @mnhq the ios app is becoming a complete pita and each “update” just creates more issues rather than improved functionality.

Logging in and out works - but only temporarily. I've just given up on the app altogether.

This is the same thing that happened last week. Not entirely sure why we bother with the app, can’t message, can’t vote and now can’t post without faffing around.
The app needs a huge overhaul to make it functional.

I agree. The app always has something wrong and then it’s something that takes a month to fix only for new problems to arise with every update.

I had this happen a couple of weeks ago and logging out/in worked. It happened again today and I had to do the same thing to get it working again. It's a bit annoying when you've written a whole reply to something and it won't post, so you end up losing it by having to log out.

Totally agree! Had to delete & reinstall the app last time and lost all my favourite topics etc
Had to log out & today to get it to work!
Really frustrating

I've had to log out and back in again on the app several times recently, it's getting very tedious. I can't bookmark posts or watch threads, then when I log back in they've often disappeared from active or I have to scroll right down to find where I was up to. This is on the iPad and iPhone apps.

Yeah we can't keep logging out and back in again every few minutes!
