Oh Justine pet. You are missing the point people are trying to make and getting very very defensive. People's perceptions are their realities. Their perception of MNHQ (and mine on occasion) is that MNHQ are rude, arrogant and treat us all like naughty school children who must be kept in line at all costs, when in fact we are knowledgeable stroppy teenagers 
. They have no consistency on their deletion policies, banning of posters etc.
I have no particular "dog in this fight" for either side but I can see why folk are angry. Words are cheap and actions cheaper. Some of your posts are very......... reactionary. MNHQ drop the ball on countless occasions (and no I am not picking on any one person) so apologise, stop banning folk because they get a bit bolshy and take a few hits.
The more folk that are banned, the more hissy fitting and tantrums. If things had been handled differently it would have all died a natural death by now, And I thought the picture of the cockroach was funny. You should see what I have to put up with in work but then again I tend not to be a reactionary (insert word of your choice)
