Pages keep reloading?

The main page keeps refreshing itself because 'there was a problem reloading the page'.

Anyone else?

I'm using Safari on a macbook.

For gods sake MNHQ - please fix this. The site is unusable on iPhone

I switched to Chrome from Safari, and that's stopped it - but adblocker doesn't work for me now. And I hate the intrusive nature of the ads.

So I'm off for a few days now, apart from the input I need to make into Bootcamp. Hopefully Tech will have sorted it soon, otherwise it's something, frankly, I'm not going to bother with any more as it's so painful trying to post.

... oh, but as said on a previous post, I'm more than happy to join a subscription option for MN. I'd rather pay you than have to see the ads you're placing all over the site.

I refuse to uninstall adblocker, or install another bloody browser. I only installed ad blocker because the site was being so buggy last month! I don't even mind seeing the ads, as long as the site works. It's really really ridiculous that a site this big has such terrible tech support.

Uninstalling adblock didnt make a difference for me starling

Moving just mumsnet to dolphin worked

Not least because of the rareness of updates from MNHQ

I feel it's equally ridiculous not to take a simple step to remedy the problem by using a different browser.

Should you have to? No. However, it works and is easy.

I'm now using Dolphin, with the Adblock switched on, for everything. So far, it's much better than Safari.

Can't import my fvaourites from Safari, but am setting them up bit by bit.

Agree it's disappointing not to have heard from MNHQ.

I've solved it by turning my ad blocker off but I don't want my ad blocker off!!

I'm off to investigate dolphin.

It's crap that mnhq haven't come back with an update.

It stops me being able to use handoff and tabs as I go between devices, Soup.

My iPad is working so I'm using that, SoupDragon. I don't think it's ridiculous to wang to avoid having a differn t browser for just one site.

...If I were to use Dolphin rather than Safari, that is. I go between my phone, MacBook and Mac all day (for work) so also do it that way for social browsing.

You can sync Dolphin to your other devices Somer. I haven't tried to do this yet but there's a little cloud symbol you click on that tells you how to do it.

I have become a Dolphin Disciple . Just wish I'd discovered it sooner!

Thanks Bore. I think that function must be for people using it on iphaone and iPad (or android) though...

Yes Safari 10 for me too. And it's happening everywhere, even the sign in screen (took me three attempts).
