Every thread I'm trying to read, the page will reload half way through. It's also doing it as I post so my posts are disappearing.

seems ok at the moment although obviously only time will tell. PS, am using voiceover on a 6S as well so for me it not only freezes but stops speaking as well..... But seems alright with this particular thread at the moment :)

bumbleymummy · 24/11/2015 18:20

RiverTam · 24/11/2015 18:22

Aarghh, it's doing it again

GrinAndTonic · 24/11/2015 18:31

Here I thought it was just me. My iPad has been been doing the page reload thing for weeks.

PseudoBadger · 24/11/2015 18:36

MNHQ - the mobile site is unusable across all browsers - you HAVE to give mobile site users an opt out option for video adverts. I typed this (took 5 minutes!) and then the bloody site crashed with the message on be screen shot. Just typed this in notepad and pasted it over. I AM DONE!!!!

AgentProvocateur · 24/11/2015 18:40

The mobile site is unusable. I've had to come on to desktop after half an hour of trying to post on this thread (ironically). I know you don't owe us anything but it's starting to feel like you're treating us with contempt. The site is unusable AND its eaten up people's data. You know the ad that's caused it. Can't you get rid or cut the advertising until tech can sort out the problem?

PseudoBadger · 24/11/2015 18:44

It's not just the one advert - it's all video adverts at the bottom - like I told you weeks ago when I thought it was just chrome.

ZebraLovesKnitting · 24/11/2015 18:47

Just happened to me again.

Plus, mooching around on MN is really draining my battery. I've done some fiddling around and it's definitely MN that's draining it.

RJnomore1 · 24/11/2015 18:48

Happening to me too. I'm so glad I spotted this I thought it was a problem with my three month old iPhone 6 (weep so) also typing posts is very slow as in takes ages to appear on sc

Brekekekex · 24/11/2015 18:49

Aargh this is doing my head in! Also I swear it's draining my battery - phone is in charge yet battery life is goi g down! Excuse any typos can't see what I'm typing...

ColetteTech · 24/11/2015 18:55

Hello, we work with a few ad providers so we're systematically turning off each provider to find the offender. We've just turned the next one off which we hope will do the trick, please give it 20 mins or so.

It's definitely not our intention to annoy you with adverts that crash your browser, getting this sorted is a top priority.

IamCarcass · 24/11/2015 18:57

Gosh I thought it was my phone, good luck in solving this

PseudoBadger · 24/11/2015 18:59

Videos have gone!

Queenbean · 24/11/2015 19:16

It's the panda one

I almost miss that really really sensitive Uber ad that opens the App Store every time I touch anywhere near it EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE UBER

RJnomore1 · 24/11/2015 20:24

It seems to have stopped?

freshoutofluck · 24/11/2015 20:27

Still happening for me (mainly the re-loading, the delayed typing when posting is marginally better...)

Brekekekex · 24/11/2015 20:48

I'm cautiously optimistic...it seems to be ok for me now (iPhone 5s, Safari).

Dontyouopenthattrapdoor · 24/11/2015 20:52

Collette please will you answer the issue about videos auto playing and using up our data? Otherwise a whole lot of us will have to stop viewing the mobile site.

OhPillocks · 24/11/2015 21:01

Still crashing on an iPad 2 with Safari .... It might be a bit better though. I'll try my other devices.
