Believe it or not we're soon to be fifteen years of age and we're going to have a bit of a pardee to celebrate. We'd like to invite 15 Mumsnetters to come and celebrate with us.

The event is in central London (near Brick Lane) on Wednesday the 11 March from 6.30 to 9pm, so if you are in the area and would like to stop by, meet some of the team and some other special guests, please post below and we will pick 15 lucky winners out of the hat on Friday the 27 February.

And now for the small print:
Please make sure you are free on the 11th and able to get yourself to central London before posting and you also need to be happy to have you photograph taken and used on the site.

Here are the highlights from our Tenth birthday party

Ooh, I have a Boden frock that deserves an outing...

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 18/02/2015 08:21

Ooh count me in! I would love to come!

slug · 18/02/2015 08:42

Yes please. Put my name in the hat. I've been here since 2001

I'll hold my own party then. Can someone send me some froot shoots, Pom bears and cutted up pear, penguins please. I'll celebrate in my own way.

BertieBotts · 18/02/2015 11:34

Holy crap, I swear it was only the tenth birthday party last week Confused (I'm not applying for the party, I can't come) :)

SasherinSuite · 18/02/2015 11:46

I joined in 2000 when ds was a baby and he's just turned 16 and soon to take his GCSEs Shock.

Please put my name in the hat.

iklboo · 18/02/2015 11:58

You really need a MN party bus, you know.

BertieBotts · 18/02/2015 12:15

Ha! Yes. Or a limo with a bar in it Grin

surpriseitsme · 18/02/2015 12:36

Will there be a yoni massage tent?

iklboo · 18/02/2015 12:39

The Gin Mobile!

FruChristerOla · 18/02/2015 15:24

Oh, and despite me posting upthread, I'm afraid I can't make it. But wishing MNHQ and the 'Fabulous Fifteen' a brilliant day!

Fillybuster · 18/02/2015 15:26

I've got parents evening that night

LynetteScavo · 18/02/2015 16:26

I can't make it, but can I be put on the guest list for the 18th birthday party?

I hear there will be alcohol. Wink Grin

MovingOnUpMovingOnOut · 18/02/2015 16:51

It seems like only yesterday you were 10!

Can I come please as an alumni of the very first Returning Talent programme with Bank of America? I did actually go back to work 10 months after I had my baby and 4.5 years after I left the workplace. I promise I'm not up the duff this time! In fact I've just started working on something potentially of interest to you and family friendly working... Wine

mollyonthemove · 18/02/2015 16:55

You are 10 days older then my ds . I found you in late late pregnancy :D

Fillybuster · 18/02/2015 17:59

Molly my ds is now 9.5 and I found MN about halfway through....just realised that means I've been hanging around on here for the best part of 10 years. Eek!

PerfectlyImperfect · 18/02/2015 18:58

This sounds fun, I'll bring along gifts of clearasil, lip balm, and impulse body spray (wouldn't be a 15 birthday party without them surely or was that just me ).

Devora · 18/02/2015 19:14

I don't want to come to the party [antisocial emoticon] but just to be competitive with Fillybuster: my dd is 9.4 and I was here way before she was born, hanging round on the ttc boards. So I guess getting on for 12 years? Wowzers, that is a LOT of my life spent typing YANBU, OP.

arlagirl · 18/02/2015 19:25

I would love to come..have had great support from MN leading to me divorcing EA and now EX H.

headlesslambrini · 18/02/2015 19:34

So who in MNHQ is winning the book for the number of MNers moaning about it being in London? Grin add one more to the total!

AmberNectarine · 19/02/2015 10:00

Ooh I love a party, can I come please?

JustineMumsnet · 19/02/2015 13:01

@roisin

I don't want to come to the party, but just checking: is 11 March 2000 your founding day? I thought it was slightly earlier.

According to my profile, I joined in July 2000. I know ds2 was a baby at the time: he now towers over me and is sitting his GCSEs this summer!

Well it's all a bit of a blur if I'm honest. Conception was definitely early November 1999 (Florida holiday). Roped in Tech who started work on site on return from that. Company registered I think in January 2000 (will check though), site launched in march 2000....

JustineMumsnet · 19/02/2015 13:11

Oh, and why don't you want to come to the pardee Roisin Grin?

You can put my name in the hat as I've been here years - 13+. I can't come though, I just want to be asked. I'll start an AIBU thread if I'm not. Ta
