See I'm optomistic and think this thread will get a bit too long as well LOL..

Hiya, i just wanted to let you know that there are loads of people being you/us all.

Today a lady came into the pub where i worked, and picked up the Daily Mail. She then sat and read the paper, and looked up at me and said 'have you seen this?'. It turns out that she was talking about the mumsnet/nobody story. Anyway i got talking to her, and said that i had been posting on this website, and she asked me to post on her best wishes. She is behind us 100%, and said that free speech is important.

She didnt know about mumsnet until reading that article, and is now going to join the site.

Maybe that's the best potential outcome- nobody leaves us alone (ie nobody leaves us alone and everybody else becomes members), Justine et al get loads of advertising revenue, Mumsnet wins again! yay
