This site is corrupt and supports abuse of its users

Hi, I just wanted to detail my recent experience on Mumsnet, at the very least there are some rogue admins here who are extremely biased/incompetent.

i posted several thoughtful posts in the current FGM discussion. Every post I made was fully within the rules, and on topic and not a single post was deleted (though admins did delete all the best posts in the thread that were written by other users).

My account was banned shortly after I received abusive personal attacks in the thread, with no action taken against the abuser who was quite clearly disrupting the discussion, and making the debate unpleasant with their breach of the site rules. it appears that others making equally civil posts have been banned too.

i made a replacement account and used this to report the posts in question as I felt staff must have missed them and made a mistake in banning me, however this account was then banned immediately after reporting the abusive posts.

Needless to say the abusive posts still remain in place without even the hint of a warning.

So in summary. Those civilly taking part in a discussion get banned from Mumsnet if their opinions aren't 100% in line with the Mumsnet feminist agenda. Similarly, basic rules such as no personal attacks do not apply if said attacks are made by a feminist towards a male. Furthermore, any victim of abuse reporting their victimisation by feminists will be banned form the site for reporting their abuse.

I'd appreciate an apology for what has occurred and for action to be taken against those making personal attacks. If , on the other hand, the above paragraph actually represents Mumnet's official site policy rather than the agenda of one rogue admin then perhaps you can please put it in writing so an right minded person knows not to use this site.

Many thanks.

Oh, Olivia used to wild. Never afraid to go against the grain, a hard-boiled HQer playing by her own rules making her way through the murky underworld of mumsnet, dispensing justice any way she sees fit. She wasn't above stealing biscuits, stepping on the toes of webchat guests or disobeying direct orders from her superiors to get the information she needed.

She should have her own show.

HoneyDragon · 15/09/2013 20:18

I dunno Bof, Helen was so hardcore she once said Mitmoo.

And then deleted herself.

So I think Helen's the only HQer who's had a deletion.

BoreOfWhabylon · 15/09/2013 20:19

Go for it, DameFanny Grin

SauceForTheGander · 15/09/2013 20:21

Oops

SauceForTheGander · 15/09/2013 20:22

What the hell is going on? I seem to have posted in error. Sorry!

I blame the feminists.

RebeccaMumsnet · 15/09/2013 20:24

@BOF

Who do we think us the rogue admin? Is it that Rebecca again, being all maverick? She's a crazy kid.

I don't think I've ever been called a maverick before [excited]

K8Middleton · 15/09/2013 20:25

Just out of interest, what sort of corruption is supposed to be going on? Is Justine busy laundering money through the Munsnet bank account? Has Carie registered the business in Luxemborg to avoid paying as much tax as it should be? Is Rowan passing envelopes of cash to government ministers in return for influencing policy? Is Olivia claiming for more hours a week than she actually works to fiddle a tax credits claim?

As for abuse? I have seen some criminal abuse of the aibu topic with non-aibus. Is that what you mean?

RebeccaMumsnet · 15/09/2013 20:26

@HoneyDragon

I dunno Bof, Helen was so hardcore she once said Mitmoo.

So I think Helen's the only HQer who's had a deletion.

yy, she was super hardcore.

HoneyDragon · 15/09/2013 20:26

I have a thread in Site Stuff about MNHQ abusing puppies. And they've done nuffink about it

DameFanny · 15/09/2013 20:27

Fuck. My phone's doing a chaos tonight, back to lurking. Gah.

RebeccaMumsnet · 15/09/2013 20:27

I will pop in and see....

SunshineSuperNova · 15/09/2013 20:28
Hmm
SauceForTheGander · 15/09/2013 20:28

Can someone please email me the mumsnet feminist agenda. I seem to have missed that one.

HoneyDragon · 15/09/2013 20:28

It's not your phone Fanny its the site this time. Everyone is being randomly targeted for multiple posting.

I'm telling you Mumsnets gone all Skynet and becoming self aware.

Chubfuddler · 15/09/2013 20:28

You're pretty much guaranteed to get banned if you've had posts deleted, start another account to "agree" with your own posts and someone clever with sight of ISPs and stuff notices. They call that sock puppeting as if you didn't know and it's considered A Bad Thing.

I have a tiny violin here I can play for you if you like.

If you don't like MN do try one of the other squillions of forums out there.

An intrigued by the alleged corruption though. Do FWR posters pay mn to delete stuff? That sounds amazing.

BOF · 15/09/2013 20:31

I don't think we minuted the last meeting, Sauce. It was all very hush-hush. We don't like to play by the rules.

EduCated · 15/09/2013 20:41

Has anyone ever noticed that RebeccaMumsnet is an anagram of Embrace Scum Net? Hmm

Telling you, there's the culprit.

JesusInTheCabbageVan · 15/09/2013 20:47

Whatever2 (on the FGM thread): Well it seems my last account is being banned, presumably because I got called a "twat".

Would it cheer you up if we called you a "knob" as well? That way it's more gender neutral (or at least not excluding a suitable descriptive term purely on grounds of gender).

Tee2072 · 15/09/2013 20:53

Wait, she (he?) thinks they got banned because someone called them a twat?

Not very bright then.

SauceForTheGander · 15/09/2013 20:55

is this all part of the Lizards / Rothschild funded feminist movement ? Sounds ace.

Cake anyone?

Chubfuddler · 15/09/2013 20:56

Wasn't it the rockefellers? That's where I get my bursary from.

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 18/09/2013 09:35

Looks like blatant sockpupetting to me. why is this thread still standing?
