Does Mumsnet have a clear anti-bullying policy? Where is it, what is it?

I've looked on guidelines but apart from stating no personal attacks there really isn't much.

Oh,

I get it now. So I didn't need to send the grovelling email to MNHQ when I accidentally posted again after a NC. Dammit.

"It's not really a powder, Lizzy. It's a cream bit in minute little particles. So it goes on like a powder, but when it hits your skin it warms and the brush blends it so it's invisible. For spotty oiks like me, it's a revelation. Liquid foundation slid off me by mid-morning cuppa time, whereas this genuinely lasts all day. Even through exercise (so I've heard)"

This stuff sounds interesting, what's its name? Where can I get it from? Is it expensive? Does it cover light scars? Sell it to me bitch pinot.

Oh and very hularious sockpuppeting from StrandedOtter.

AmazingBouncingFerret · 02/07/2012 16:10

hularious?

I quite like that.. It's my new word for when Hully makes a funny.

Pinot · 02/07/2012 16:11

arf @ Huey and Luey :) Boffy the eyeliner here is out in September. Asian make-up artists have been doing the three dot trick for ages.. so you go 0 0 0 all the way along, then move up a space and do it again so it's then 000000, then a quick blend with a fine brush. Gets the liner right to the root of the lash which makes your eyes look huge. I've had a go and it does work but it's a faff. Hence this liner will be quicker. Plus it loks so pretty

Hullygully · 02/07/2012 16:12

What can I use for very old and wrinkly skin with red lines and a red nose? Except cement or a paper bag?

GetOrfMoiiLand · 02/07/2012 16:14

£100 By Terry foundation oh yes

Pinot · 02/07/2012 16:17

Ferret I have oiky skin from years of 'ormonal acne and it not only covers, but the zinc in it heals too, so many sufferers of poor skin actually see an improvement. Certainly I did - plus I dont have to touch up during the day so less likely to pass germs on and create another breakout. And it's SPGF 15.

main site is here for the cheap testers, then once you know your colour (their FB page is great at helping with that too actually) you can get big pots from here free postage. You need a kabuki brush (the large, domed brushes - here - thats also the brush ou want for bronzer and powder.

It's fucking awesome but not for dry skin.

I have raved about this stuff for years uk.spacenk.com/Eclat-Opulent/MUK200002813,en_GB,pd.html

Pinot · 02/07/2012 16:19

Hulls are you dry or oily or combination of both? This moisturiser here is supposed to be fab - it has fillers in it to even up wrinkles.

Pinot · 02/07/2012 16:20

PHWOAR gerroff you are hardcore!

Hullygully · 02/07/2012 16:20

dry and a bit oily in the middle

ohchristFENTON · 02/07/2012 16:21

ooh, while we're on S&B what do you recommend for a mascara which doesn't creep down my lower lids into my bags under my eyes by 2pm? Anyone? They all say Stay'Long-smudge-resistant etc but they bastard well aren't.

(I don't wear make-up very often btw)

Hullygully · 02/07/2012 16:21

I'm gonna get that treatment that costs 25 grand that was in the paper at the weekend.

AmazingBouncingFerret · 02/07/2012 16:22

Ohhh crapbags I have dryskin round my nose. Thank you anyway.

You know when I was a teenager my skin was perfect... I was a bitch with great skin and a tiny waist..

GetOrfMoiiLand · 02/07/2012 16:24

D'you know what else is fantastic which I have tried recently and which I think is brilliant?

Max Factor Elixir serum foundation. Fucking Max Factor! Usually a load of shit but is actually brilliant. www.boots.com/en/Max-Factor-Ageless-Elixir-2-in-1-Foundation_1222533/

Pinot · 02/07/2012 16:25

Fenton - this one havent found a cheaper one that stays around tbh

Hully I'd give Mineral makeup (the Lilylolo) a bash tbh - my skin is dry cheeks and oiky T zone and as long as I have a decent moisturiser the minerals work on me really well. Or a BB cream - thats a moisturiser and a bit of colour in one. No7 do a good one here

GetOrfMoiiLand · 02/07/2012 16:25

I like spending money on foundation, but never buy expensive creams, just SPF 50 and any old shit cream which I get from the pound shop.

I am not completely extravangatnt twat.

ohchristFENTON · 02/07/2012 16:25

hmm I guess that invisibility cream is working afterall....

Hullygully · 02/07/2012 16:26

i have body shop minerals but they make my nose a bit mauve and the rest of me a slightly odd colour

ohchristFENTON · 02/07/2012 16:26

Damnit it's not working!

Thanks Pinot, love Grin

ohchristFENTON · 02/07/2012 16:26

or maybe only Pinot can see me - curious Shock

AmazingBouncingFerret · 02/07/2012 16:27

I use Lancome Teint Miracle. And bog standard moisturiser whatevers on offer usually.

Pinot · 02/07/2012 16:27

I love Max Factor Blush I am a cheapo though.

ABF have you tried a richer moisturiser round your nose? Or a serum underneath? Aldi do crazy good serums and face care.
