Which organisations have you decided never to use again after poor customer service?

Right I will start. The idea is name and shame and maybe these huge organisations will realise to stop using ridiculous automated telephone services and to stop ripping us off!!!!

Currys - very low level of customer service after our HP printer stopped working as it was 2 months past the warrantee date.
Handy that.
AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

That's better, especially now when I phone to complain and tell them I've written all about it on here.

siilk - what happened? Interested because I have an account with them.

I have to buck the trend and say I don't like Amazon, but only because they used a courier who insisted on a signature but wouldn't leave a book with a neighbour or return the order to Amazon as I couldn't make a 60 mile round trip to collect between the hours of 9&3. They ignored my complaint. I now avoid companies who use Home Delivery Network, and accept my problem isn't with Amazon itself.

AOL were the worst people ever- it took 6 months to get broadband working.

NatWest are useless.

Lloyds have been great, but have to say that we have been lucky- some of their staff are truly awful.

John Lewis are brilliant, both in store and delivery. It's the little things like carrying a tray to your table in the cafe when you have a pushchair, and rectifying faults without question.

DH ordered my Christmas present last year from Ancestral Collections. Which does not give a delivery time until after you have paid. And subcontracts to an operation that calls itself The Original Gift Company. The present eventually turned up just in time for my birthday, in mid April. We will not be using them again.

Scottish Gas - screwed up closing our account when we moved to England and screwed up shifting our supply to another company when we moved back to Scotland 5 years later (having refused to use them again after last time). It took 18 months to sort out.

Oh my gosh I could read this all day! Love a good rant!

Hate hate hate Natwest, money theiving g*ts!

M&S because in leicester they have an escalator up to the baby section (inc toilets and baby change) and no lift of escalator down so youre effectively trapped!

Local debenhams, you literally can't buy anything or try anything on, never a checkout open or a fitting room manned!

but on the flipside:

John Lewis, always excellent service!
Love Boots aswell, always super helpful.
