i know dis. but some people may not see it like that lol

nappyaddict · 24/03/2009 09:18

Dis you could ask if she would deliver at a cost obviously but it might be cheaper than getting a courier.

carrielou2007 · 24/03/2009 09:23

Do you think it should have been 190 pounds not 90??

I love the idea of the bee, it was very light and easy to push and comfy for dd, love it being rear and forward facing and folding in one piece - but - dd was about 17/18 months and her head nearly hit the canopy, raincover only really fits well if seat reclined, did not have the nice 'feel' of a Bugaboo so it was not for me.

Disenchanted3 · 24/03/2009 09:41

Hi nappy.

i was going to bid, but was going to bid £50, so £56 + courrier / petrol costs is too much for me at the moment.

I was hoping to get it for £50 and ask her if she would meet me somewhere halfway to avoid postage or petrol, lol.

It does happen sometimes!

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2009 09:53

yes i can vouch for 5in, hope you get it misdee!!!

apples quest should come today, but i still want 08 black/lime one...where can i get it from in stock for under £100 that will deliver tomorrow!!! Don't ask much do i?!!

Disenchanted3 · 24/03/2009 09:57

you're mad.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2009 10:24

i know, thats why im a pramaholic

BexieID · 24/03/2009 11:07

Just to see if I like it better than MB, then would sell one or the other!

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2009 11:29

im sooooo glad i got nipper instead of mb, but i know that i haven't actually tried a mb, but for me nipper ticks all the boxes did i send you a pic with tate in bexie as i took one last week. i love the seat on it so comfy and roomy and luka is sat so far back in it its easy to get him in it when he goes all stiff!

Hopi · 24/03/2009 11:30

Ooooh Dis if you are not having that blue hood then I may get it I LOVE my red one but I'm not so keen on the khaki one so I could probably sell that one and get the blue one instead

BexieID · 24/03/2009 11:33

I didn't get a pic Nicola. I don't know how wide the seats are on Nipper, MB is quite wide. Nipper was my first choice for a 3 wheeler.

BexieID · 24/03/2009 11:35

Need to try a Bob. Shame they aren't suitable from birth though as would be worthwhile me getting one of them right now.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2009 11:44

I will send a pic tonight bexie to you! he was very comfy in there

lillypie · 24/03/2009 11:54

pebbles if you are around bagabottle arrived today, very pretty and just what I needed xx

BexieID · 24/03/2009 12:08

Nappy, are you getting the Nipper? Can I have dibs if you sell it?

5inthebed · 24/03/2009 12:46

Dis, if I do get it, I'll swap the red hood for the blue

Just got back from TKMaxx. They have a Volo (white and blue) for £50 and a coral triumph for £80. Loads of bugaboo stuff as well.

pebbles79 · 24/03/2009 12:46

That's great lillypie, thanks for letting me know

Mac Quest for £54.99 here, plus get an extra £5 off with a voucher code.

5inthebed · 24/03/2009 12:53

That is a bargain! I was loking at getting a Quest as a fold to get on the bus pram. Think I'll have to get one....just need to wait for DH to leave his wallet unattended.

BexieID · 24/03/2009 12:58

TDX-TCCL is the code to save £5 on a £50 spend or more. If I didn't prefer at least 2 air wheels on a buggy, i'd be getting one (plus my staff discount!).

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2009 13:04

shame i don't like the grey bexie!! why can't they do the turkish blue or black red quest mod?

SweetApril · 24/03/2009 13:15

Very sorry to hijack your thread, ladies, but I'm looking for a bit of advice from MrsMagoo.

I just did a quick search and found that you had a BJCM and were planning to buy a bog standard raincover for it rather than the branded one. I've just bought a BJCM too and was wondering which raincover you bought and whether it's any good. I really hope you don't mind me asking but better to ask a buggy pro! Many thanks.

FlyMeToDunoon · 24/03/2009 13:39

Hello.
It's my birthday today.
DP has the day off and we have been out for a coffee and having dinner at Carluccio's with DDs later but I am still full of the cold and feeling under the weather.

Sounds like there are bargains galore atm! Bees, Quests and Nippers.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2009 13:50

happy birthday dunoon!!! i have been thinking of you and your lovely volo!!

have a lovely day xx

MrsMagooo · 24/03/2009 13:56
