Need bed and mattress, good quality, in white.

Dont want to spend more than £150.00 on both. Cheap I know!

And I need it quite quickly.

Suggestions?
Thanks!

Pav - I'll pick it up for you if you want? You can send me the money and p+p - I won't fleece you and charge for my time either

pgwithnumber3 · 23/07/2008 22:42

Yeah, she doesn't need one, she will get used to hanging off the edge!

pgwithnumber3 · 23/07/2008 22:43

Malory you are just trying to make this thread into the "DD threw a fucking shoe" one aren't you?!

malory its not because I think she needs a special bed. It is because her room is so small a single bed would take up space that she would much prefer to have toys in!

So 139x69 is the same as 140x70 is it not? I am not going to buy one and it all be wrong size am I ?

You must have read that thread Malory - I meant into a sparring war!

Yes, it is the same size Pavlov, a cm makes no different to be honest.

PavlovtheCat · 23/07/2008 22:48

OK. Decision made.

I am getting.

this mattress

to go with

this toddler bed

and just need to find a guard like the one in ikea but closer to home!

All sorted for £160. Only £10 over budget!

YEYY!

Ive got that mattress Pavlov, it is great, better to spend an extra £35 imo.

Would you not get the Mothercare one I linked to before? Bit too expensive?

pgwithnumber3 · 23/07/2008 22:53

[[http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/productdisplayA_70_10751_-1_14053_17202_10001_1 4053 just found this bed, has guards]

pgwithnumber3 · 23/07/2008 22:58

here but says out of stock

You could try your local store though?

PavlovtheCat · 23/07/2008 22:59

pg think I prefer the M&P one.
OH I DONT BLOODY KNOW!!! too many choices!

Do the guards come off these type of beds?

OP posts:
PavlovtheCat · 23/07/2008 23:00

pg oh yes saw that one. But its much more expensive than the Ikea one...

jimmy would you? Thats a lot of effort, to go into Ikea, and resist spending money just for a bed guard?!

OP posts:
pgwithnumber3 · 23/07/2008 23:02

I am not sure Pavlov? I would just get the M&P, try her in it, if she continually falls out (put a pillow on the floor just in case) then go and get any guard (I have the pink Tomy one bit like this for DD1, I just used to take them off and pop it under the bed during the day.
