Need bed and mattress, good quality, in white.

Dont want to spend more than £150.00 on both. Cheap I know!

And I need it quite quickly.

Suggestions?
Thanks!

Now that is ideal frisby, cheap as well.

Right sorted Pavlov - M&P white bed for £75 with £7.99 bed guard from Ikea - do you want us to collect it for you?

I apologise for not replying, was busy looking at mattresses!

So, the ones with integral bars? Are they removeable? Because I dont see her needing it for very long. She sleeps in our bed without falling out, I don't have bed guards

Jimmy! that is dangerous is it not? mamas & papas, next to mothercare, next to Ikea .

So, lets talk mattresses.

I am getting the one from Mama's and papa's seeing as we can by a nice bed rail for it.

Can I get a mattress to fit it somewhere other than M&P? Their's are expensive? Does it have to be sprung? Cant it just be foam?

Help me chose a mattress to go with it please?

pgwithnumber3 · 23/07/2008 22:37

{sad bitch emotion}

Yes, a Mothercare cotbed mattress will fit, just check the dimensions. You will want a nice sprung mattress, you will be talking £60/£70 wherever you go really.

PavlovtheCat · 23/07/2008 22:37

pg - I just said that to DH, about sleeping on a pillow!

Pav - DS's cot has a mamas and papas matress and I can't fault it...pricey but sooo worth it - its so supportive. I should imagine the bed matress is the same. Yes, its dangerous having the shops all nearby but...

PavlovtheCat · 23/07/2008 22:40

ah, a flaw in this. Can't order the side bar online, and I am not driving all the way to bristol just for a 7.99 bar, she can do without!
