Please can you settle a discussion between my fwb and I? What do most women class as big, normal or small size cock? And what do you prefer?

Statistically the vast majority of men are between 5 and 6 inches erect...the ones on the programme are very much the exception. Not watched it but it sounds like a very big penis is not as much fun as one may imagine. Everyone has their own preferences so if big is your thing then fine...but most men are around the six inches mark, me included..

Not sure. I like him a lot, it’s more than just a sexual relationship (the sex is pretty amazing but it’s not just sex) but it would be a bit frustrating I’m sure. But guess there’s other things I guess you can do, but ultimately I’d be disappointed for sure.

In my younger years I didn't think I had a big package.
However as I've matured (in my 40s now) I keep getting told I'm above average (I'm a faction under 8")

Average is fine by me. I have encountered a very large one and it seemed unnecessary. TBH I would choose smaller over larger if the man had the right moves/personality/conversation/sex appeal.
