Is bigger really better?

Having a debate with my bf. He thinks all women prefer a man with a bigger penis (What qualifies him to know this I don't know) I personally don't think it matters. What do you all think?

Yes bigger is better but even someone with a big one could potentially be rubbish in bed.

If we say out loud that bigger is better I guess we have to acknowledge that a smaller, tighter vagina is also better.

Girth over length for me and someone who knows what they're doing with it.

Lockheart I agree it's quite worrying. Do self esteem is very damaged by his thoughts on the size of his penis.

Which, in general, people thinks a bit ridiculous. But no one would think the same if s woman's self esteem was impacted because she felt her breasts weren't big enough etc.

It is quite worrying how people view of human bodies is so off.

As I said before Dp is larger that the other people I slept with, but I don't think that's why the sex is good.

Lockhart 15,000 men is hardly a representation of all the men on the planet. Also, how many men with what they perceive as small declined to do the study.

I don't think given the above we can say those stats are accurate. Perhaps a mere representation at best.

@LaughingCow99 over 15,000 is a huge sample!! And if a lot of smaller men declined, as you say, then that would suggest the average penis size of 5.16" is skewed and is in fact larger than average because smaller men weren't taken into account, and therefore an 8" penis would be even rarer.

But I'm sure you know better than the British Journal of Urology, the NHS, and Kings College London...

15000 is a huge amount for a survey. Most surveys are far far less than that.

And yes if men declined because they felt they were small then the national average is even smaller.

In my experience, its not necessarily the size but the fit. I had a partner and no joking his was like a babys arm. I bled every time we had sex and my cervix didn't thank me for it. Current partner fits like a glove, and the sex is the best I ever had. I'd say hes a bit above average, hes perfect!

A friend once told me that it is not the size of the Organ but the size of the church you try to fill with it. A small Organ is never going to fill a Cathedral.

Medium size is plenty, smaller would be OK too. No post sex soreness or cystitis etc. I'm actually much happier to have "am I in the mood? I'll give it a go and see..." type sex when they aren't so big! Also, sex for me is about so much more than just the actual PIV bit. I'm actually quite surprised so many feel bigger is better (no judgement, just a bit surprised).

I think that the perceived '5.5 is so small it wouldn't satisfy me' belief is worrying.
Realistically that must the norm, the average, yet no one wants to admit this?
