I have sympathy with the OP. If you don't view porn then it can come as a shock when you actually see some of the sick shit that is out there. It makes you look at men differently, because obviously this stuff exists because there is a demand for it.

I suppose what she's getting at is that people who view a lot of extreme porn become desensitised to what is actually normal and acceptable behaviour.Does it then follow that they need more and more extremes to get the same result? I dont think even extreme porn turns people into paedophiles but I do think there is something in the idea that it alters people in a bad way. It well might turn them into men who no longer view women as people, equal to themselves.
