I've read through lots of chat re 2019 but can't see a 2020 10/11+ 2020 thread. How are your DS's getting on?

@MissVal12 Good luck with the audition. The singing opportunities at T are truly amazing. We didn't even know DS was a singer when he started JBugs, but he was picked out soon after starting. He has sung in major opera houses and concert halls, performed in operas, recorded records, film scores and video game tracks, been on TV and toured Germany, Italy and Japan.

Has anyone who did 10+ on Weds heard yet??

@LuluBellLondon, we haven't yet...after they said we'd get email yesterday or today due to the scholarship assessments....it's a bit nerve-wracking!! I think only 4 boys did 10+ on Wednesday, from what I could see on the lists...

We have a Saturday interview for T - music assessment is next week.
Has anyone doing 10plus had a weekdays interview?

@EccaMoldcan the waiting is horrible. I'm refreshing my email every two minutes. I didn't realise so few did 10+ on Weds. my son had three in his room alone doing it so I assumed more!

@JustJuice187 did your DS do the 10+ Weds or was that the Saturday exam?

@LuluBellLondon, same here: my husband thinks I'm mad but I can't help it. I might be wrong about the numbers - I only saw 4 listed clearly, but there might well have been more.

My DS did the trinity 11+ on Wednesday and we got an email from them last night. Thankfully positive. Son is very happy.
I still have no idea how many applied/interviewed/offered/places there are.

@LuluBellLondon, literally just had call from T (when I saw the Croydon number, I nearly had a heart attack). Interview on Friday and will get sports email later today...but official interview emails won't come out until Monday now. Phew! My son is out so he doesn't know yet - he'll be delighted!

That’s Amazing! My DS would be so happy there. He is desperately hoping for Trinity and he loves to sing.He got to final stage St Paul’s and Westminster Abbey and they didn’t take him a few years back.

Anyone else done 13+ at whitgift? Still heard nothing but lots from my sons school have already been invited for interview, anyone know the number of places, people sitting and number that they interview? Thanks

We are still waiting to hear re W. We've already received a rejection from DC. It's agony.

@Filopusey we haven't been called for a 13+ interview at Whitgift yet but I'm not concerned. There are several of my son's friends still waiting to hear. They interview a lot so it takes ages.

Trying to remain positive but it's seriously stressful - my son is a keen sportsmen and hoping for a scholarship assessment too. Fingers crossed for that call tomorrow.
