Reasons

  1. he has lost a bit of weight recently.
  2. he has started going to the gym 3-4 times a week.
  3. he keeps his phone on silent.
  4. he goes "out for a drink after work" maybe once a week.
  5. he goes "to practice his golf" 3 times a week.
  6. he is'nt as interested in sex as he used to be.

nnamechanger - my DH started asking me if I was having an affair recently - in a jokey sort of way but he kept saying it . Prompted by so many of the things you have mentioned - losing weight, new clothes, new found confidence, more interest in work due to new projects and more responsiblity. I wasn't having an affair I might add.

What? What? What happened? I can't stand the suspense!! And FTR I think its innocent tho the 'niggle' is indeed a concern. Where has it all gone though?

Baffy · 29/07/2008 17:26

Would like to know what happened too.

It doesn't sound good Worst part is the jumping on her after the pub/new things in bed - that's exactly what my H did during his affair. Even if he'd only been for a drink with her, he'd be really, ahem, 'up for it' when he got home. I obviously had no idea at the time. He was probably thinking of her all through it though!

Anyways... I hope this one has had a good conclusion...

I want to know what happened next for Bob and John

Namechanger - we all hope you are okay and just been too busy to post. And if you are not then I hope you are able to sort things out in a way that is best for you. Take care anyway.

I amazed he can fit all this activity in! Gym and golf?

The phone on silent thing is a bit strange - a friend of mine has a partner who suddenly started doing that and is also suspicious.

ladylush · 02/08/2008 18:49

Have to say, sounds suspicious to me. If your niggle is right, do you have any idea who it could be?
