Just wondering how many of you still snog with tongues? My OH and I have been together four years and still eat each other’s faces off at every given opportunity 😂

So they say that you should have at least one 6 second full on kiss a day to keep romance alive. 6 seconds is enough for the arousal to trigger.

I've told a few of my mates male and female. Most have agreed it has improved things somewhat.

We do 29 years together, we don't do a full on snog as he leaves for work in the morning of if he's dropping me off somewhere but we do still "snog" in private.

I suppose it will vary a lot, some couples don't have sex at all, some don't sleep in the same bed, some don't even watch TV together. I'm not sure their is a normal.

Mind you, she went on to have at least one affair, and we recently went seven years without sex. I think she has some peculiar hangups regarding sex. I should point out she's far more sexually experienced than me.

Because, after her affair, I thought reconciliation might work. Good people do stupid things. Who knows - it might work, but it's a lot harder than I thought it might be. And how long does reconciliation take? A week? A month? A year? Nobody tells you, because nobody knows. This time next year, I might not be married. 25 years together. We do still kiss with tongues yes, it usually leads to sex, and we kiss with tongues during sex. But we don’t tend to just randomly snog through the day. It really is only when one of us wants sex or during sex. Other than that it’s just a peck on the lips.

Love a nice snog, together almost 30 years, still feel mid 20s in my head. We do it randomly throughout the day too not just when having sex.

This is tough to read. Her hangups are she’s not sexually attracted to you or if she ever was. To top it off, she’s now a cheat and still cheating Eric!. I would leave her in the dust if it won’t affect any children. You deserve better.

Of course! We know a couple that once admitted to us they never snog and my husband and I were secretly so surprised, we still talk about this, years later! Particularly intrigued about the sex aspect.

I don't think this is too do with libido, I think it is personal preference. DH liked a good snog prior to marriage( when we were not having sex) Once we got married and started having sex, the snogging seemed less important. He is less keen than me and he is also ND so would love to see if there is some reason there. Maybe we should ask same question on the thread for those married to someone with Asperger's??
Libido still fine for both of us 23 years in.

Why are you still together? Seven years without sex is a long time, are you sure she was celibate the whole time? Banned kissing with tongues but still had an affair, something not adding up there @Eric1964

Not really but we never really did much snogging anyway. I’m not a big fan of kissing with tongues, never really have been.

I like kissing but minimal tongue.

we've been together 14 years but it hasn’t worn off as such, we still kiss a fair bit and have regular sex. I still fancy him.
