Marks on his penis

I am in a long distance relationship. My boyfriend has admitted to masturbation when I am not there. The other day I saw him and noticed he had some red scratch marks and a small chunk of skin missing on the outer skin of his penis. Is this normal after masturbation? I hadn't caused those marks.

It has made me paranoid in case another woman has done this. He did catch up with a female friend of his not long ago at her home which he claims he has never fancied her. She lives with her ex partner but I don't know if he was there when my boyfriend went round.

I don't want to jump to conclusions.

I know someone who has a gnarly looking penis because he was born with a condition where his pee hole was in the shaft instead of at the end, his penis is pitted with scar tissue thanks to 1970s surgeons......his willy issue could be caused by anything......why not just ask him ? 🤔

Thanks for understanding. My ex cheated on me by going hook up websites which I did not know was happening so I am cautious now.

It could possibly be a herpes lesion as he has unprotected sex with one night stand when drunk about 6 months before we got together. He said he had near misses in the past so I think he has been careless with sexual health.
