Shaving

My hubby has asked if I would consider shaving, all off, smooth. I keep myself trimmed and tidy. I have a question which may be silly but how do I shave and see what I'm doing? Do I use a normal razor and shaving gel? I know these sound like silly questions but I don't wanna give myself a nasty cut etc.

I recently shaved it all off, as I’ve got a new bf (first relationship in years) and I decided to just go for it. Definitely feels sexier and glad I did as bf also shaves it all off. I bought a bikini trimmer and used that at first but now I just use shaving gel and a razor. It’s quite hard to get all of it, I can just about see if I move my belly out of the way! It can be a little itchy but it’s not as bad as I thought and I’m going to do it all the time now. I shave and have done for years. I leave a small amount as don't like it all gone. I use normal razors and have no problems.

Apparently with waxing it becomes difficult to hold in wind when needed due to the lack of hair. Don't quote me but that's what I read.

I've always shaven it all off, once you get the hang of it, it's an easy upkeep.

I second this. It's great, and really easy to use. I've had a reaction with veet before but never with woowoo.

I usually just shave with a ladies razor. Never had any problem with cuts.

I epilate the sides as far as I can bear, then clippers to go short on top, veet for the undercarriage and behind, keep it well away from minora area, burns like hell if it gets in there, I BLED when I accidently got veet inside , a chemical burn that put paid to any fun times for a week or more

I would wax it's not as painful as you think- hot wax at a salon will be a million times better than the itching and ingrown hairs from shaving! Good luck!

This is my thinking, too. For me, adults have pubic hair. I wouldn’t want my DH hair-free in that area either. But i am well into middle age and really no-one is interested in gazing at my pussy!!!

I use coconut oil and find it gives smoother finish and the regrowth itch isn't as bad.

It gives me the ick if a man wants you to look like a young girl or porn star.

I used to shave back in my teens and the regrowth itch was horrendous.
