Been chatting with a guy for a few days, seems pretty nice. Which is probably the number one quality i'm looking for (long back story, dv etc).

Anyway, we arranged a day for a virtual date, buf not long afterwards he mentiones he had an embarassing minor medical condition. It's not the condition itself, it's the fact that he mentioned it really early on. AIBU to have cold feet?

Still no answer?

We're in the edge of our seats here

I dont think the poor chap stands a chance as so many women find anything to do with bowels so revolting.
I have IBD and this is a reason we find it so hard to date as people just dont want to know what we go through although it has such a huge impact on relationships and both physical and emotional wellbeing. I think by telling you early hes weeding you out as no one who suffers in that respect wants a partner who is grossed out about it. Do the chap a favour and let him find someone who can deal with it.

Inappropriatefemale · 07/06/2020 18:28

We don’t know that it’s IBS though so a little unfair to say to OP that she needs to let him find someone who can deal with it, we don’t know what we are dealing with because OP is a massive pain in the bum by not telling us Grin (Sorry op)

This is equivalent to someone putting a FB post up, “so angry right now” and some follower asks “why, what’s up” and then FB person says “pm me”, grrr attention seeking, not that I’m saying the OP is but ffs she can’t say as he may be on here, surely if he was and he was to suss her out then he would know just from this thread that it was he?

On a different note then I would hate my man to be a MN user, it’s for women!Hmm

Sparklfairy · 07/06/2020 18:41

It's especially annoying @Inappropriatefemale as I've seen the OP's username on other threads today

tttyyy · 07/06/2020 19:26

Look, she's clearly thought better of it, and decided not to invade his privacy with the specific details. Which seems perfectly sensible. Sometimes we don't know how much we want to say when we start. It could still at least have still turned into a fun thread but for other posters pestering her for more, which says more about them.

Windmillwhirl · 07/06/2020 19:40

Given the amount of people with IBS it's hardly outing posting it on here.

Lol at the twin.

milcmxxx · 07/06/2020 19:53

I just scrolled through all 5 pages here hoping to see what it was, I’m dying to know!!

Inappropriatefemale · 07/06/2020 20:29

It’s not outing no but OP clearly thought so!
