:)

BradyBugs · 25/03/2020 19:26

Totally agree...... Not much good with this virus going around but I'm sure it inconveniences some of the awful people from going about their disgusting business...

T0tallyFuckedUpFamily · 25/03/2020 19:26

🤣

Bluntness100 · 25/03/2020 19:27

what about those seeing the OM? It takes two to tango op.

And there’s nothing funny about an affair.

TheHallouminati · 25/03/2020 19:28

I was idly wondering about this on my drive home from work! 😁😁

Trews2019 · 25/03/2020 19:28

What about people with secret/double lives? That must have caused a few issues.

Wishforsnow · 25/03/2020 19:31

Lol that's made my day 😁

Gotthetshirt23 · 25/03/2020 19:33
Wink
yummyyummycoffee · 25/03/2020 19:35

Not really funny for the person they are living with though.
Could you imagine their moods because they can't cheat?

Sosounhappy · 25/03/2020 19:36

They might reconnect with their wives

ChipsyChopsy · 25/03/2020 19:40

I guess there is always texting/email. My fear would be absence makes the heart grow fonder. Confused

weareallfucked · 25/03/2020 19:43

There was a guy who tested positive for coronavirus while wooing the OW in Italy (after telling the wife he was working away).

Poor wife.

MMmomDD · 25/03/2020 19:53

In reality - I think this pandemic and quarantine will lead to break downs of a lot of relationships, rather than affairs.
Affairs are already not based on daily contact and if that contact is interrupted, they’ll just hibernate and reunite when possible. And spend time jointly fantasising about it.
However - the real day-to-day relationships that aren’t well functioning, with lack of good communications, or intimacy issues - those will be severely strained in the days of seeing each other 24/7 and running each other the wrong way. Prior to now - work has provided escape for many, and so did affairs.
So while reconnection with the spouse may happen to few - to many this time can just be the last straw.
And once this is over and people realise how short and precious life is - and that it can’t be taken for granted and there isn’t an unlimited time for things to get better - I think there will be a huge fall out.

MrFaceyRomford · 25/03/2020 20:00

A mate of mine who's a solicitor is confidently expecting a boom in divorce business once the lockdown ends.

ScarlettBlaize · 25/03/2020 20:00

Neither an OW not a cheated-on wife, but I agree completely OP. Fuck them. Or not Grin

GotBeatenUp · 25/03/2020 20:20

What @yummyyummycoffee said.

He'll be glued to his phone.

GotBeatenUp · 25/03/2020 20:26

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, familiarity breeds contempt.

It's like a never-ending Christmas with no presents, no food, no bloody bog roll and nothing to look forward to.

AllForAnEasyLife · 25/03/2020 20:30

A relative of mine has been seeing a work colleague for about 8 years and now the pubs are shut etc he hasn’t got a reason to go out.

Last week she was fuming as she had spent ages cooking for them and he texted and said he couldn’t find a reason to escape for a few hours.

She was fuming

ravenmum · 25/03/2020 20:34

absence makes the heart grow fonder
Yes, it's part of the attraction. Poor star-crossed lovers who have to snatch the odd moment together. Now fate has once again torn them apart etc. etc.

PatchworkElmer · 25/03/2020 20:35

😂😂😂

I said this to DH the other night!

JuanSheetIsPlenty · 25/03/2020 20:38

The sad thing is that some cheaters will actually risk their families health and that of others in order to still see their cheat partner. They’ll make excuses to go out and spread the virus while they’re at it. Some will make their partners or children ill and possibly die due to wanting a shag with their OW/OM.

SybilWrites · 25/03/2020 20:43

cheaters gonna cheat.

Nothing will stop a cheater doing it anyway.

Social media and phones and lockdown a cheater's paradise.

I do feel more sorry for the poor women stuck in lockdown with an abuser. Horrendous. (and for their poor children witnessing it all too).

UnaCorda · 25/03/2020 20:43

Fair enough, but there are also plenty of people in perfectly "moral" relationships with no third party, who can't see each other either.

BumbleBeee69 · 25/03/2020 20:48

I'm confused ? if you know your DH or Partner has another woman.. why are you still with him Hmm

SpillTheTeaa · 25/03/2020 20:56

Won't stop anyone!
Also what OM as well as OW?
