Actually wears pants rather than boxers.

Is this normal?! He’s 39 and I’ve never seen this before in my years of dating!

My DH refers to his cotton trunks as pants. Always has. What's wrong with that? What sort of pants does he wear?

I was dating a guy last year who wore black pants...not trunks/boxers but pants, and always black.
It’s completely up to the individual (man or woman) what underwear they choose to wear but for me, it was a real turn off. My dad wears pants like that 😳

My BF is 39 and refers to his underwear as pants. They’re perfectly acceptable cotton trunks though.

What’s the problem with calling them pants? I call mine pants too. And so do both kids.

What's wrong with calling pants pants? If he called them knickers or his pants all had paw patrol on them I might see your point, but as it stands...not really.

Just what you find most comfortable, innit. Same as some women prefer thongs, some prefer briefs and some prefer big fuck off “granny knickers”. And some women say knickers and some say pants. Surely an absolute non-issue?

I found it a bit of a turn off!

Never seen a man in pants other than my dad as a child! Always been boxers.

My dh calls boxers pants. He also does wear briefs, it started just for sport but he says that they are more comfortable

Calling them pants is very normal in lots of regions of the country, it's just dialect.

However, briefs on a man... No.
I once had a fling with a very sexy man who wore grey briefs and I could just about stand it but only because of extreme sexiness in all other areas.

Trying to imagine what these pants look like. If they aren't briefs and aren't boxers they must be these...? In which case I'm so confused to why it's unacceptable, as isn't this normal? Confused
