Hi all, had to look in before going home. Lunch with dp was lovely - bacon sarnies in the Philosophers Garden in the park down the road (it's supposed to be a Quiet Corner but they were mowing the grass). Bit colder than I expected, but nice to spend time sounding off about life in the office on my own and battles with government agencies. Dp's in the middle of one over his jobseekers allowance - what are people supposed to live on if they don't have partners in work?

Glad everything's looking up with all of us at the moment and love the boob saga . I remember the days when I could successfully do the 'pencil test' - but now, when I try, the pencil disappears . No good without decent underwiring anymore, but quite nice being a 34DD in other ways .

My boss is in Marakesh. Hope he gets sunburn! 105 emails in his inbox and 36 phone messages just this afternoon. MP can't understand why I can't do constituency stuff & her diary & my casework all at the same time. Think I should claim triple time.

Tanee - how lovely that you met your DP for lunch. It's such a great way to take the pressure of the rship and see each other in a different light. I'm very but also as I think it's a great sign for the two of you! Yes, bosses on holiday do suck bigtime at the moment. I've only taken eight days proper holiday in a year so am planning to make up for that on his return to the office!
