I apologise for the terrible thread title, but I didn't have a clue what to go with and could no longer ask your advice
I still like train edition but didn't want to use it incase it's terrible, which it probably is.

This, if you go in then do all of this - time and place and then give him your number on a card (prepared) - but if you phone, knowing that the boss's wife usually listens, then I think he would feel awkward to be writing down your number on front of her - so just time and place, and ONLY if he says he can't do it today but can you rearrange, then give him your number and leave it to him. It's better to come in though - he may sound odd either agreeing or not to the visit if he is standing next to her.
Also does this mean you are now happy with him coming over? are kids not going to be there? or he could come over and then yo can go out for a drink!
